Pleasant GOW guy but disappointed with the level of diagnostics which was a HD issue with a HP laptop. Wasnt repaired and I had to pay invoice there and then. When I rang HP to clarify a separate warranty issue they lead me through the and hard drive was fine it's a system reinstall required. Have requested partial refund. Let you know how I get on.
