Was a bit disappointed I had to wait 3 days for an available appointment. Also the technician was unable to find the exact fault with my system because my computer was running too slow for his callout diagnostics. All he could really say was there were indeed problems with the system and the recommendation was to buy a new system as mine was quite old. This I did. I think the charging model Geeks use is quite expensive. However, I thought my technician Val was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be in the circumstances.
