The help I've had over the phone was great. The solution to the problem I asked for some one to out to help with was there from the start. Yuri however turned up and told me there were multiple issues and that to fix it quickly would re quire a purchase of a new mesh system which he uses. Sounded great, but after he left I looked into the initial proposed idea of the staff member I spoke with on the phone more and sorted it. All it required was the I use the wifi signal from my routers for different items. I did it and it works fine. So, I'm an optimist and think Yuri was sincerely doing his best and his solution would also work. However I suggest in future take a little more time to source the issue and a little less selling as at least 50% of the time was spent going over the benefits of the proposed system. My rating is based on this service and not your company as a whole as above your phone help in my opinion solved the issue 80 to 90% the last bit just wasn't helped at all with the home visit.
