We booked flights with Get4Flight (PH Travel Ltd) which were cancelled by the airline on 23 March 2020. On the same day we exchanged emails with P H Travel requesting a refund and gaining agreement to a full refund by means of a Refund Credit Note and confirmed that P H Travel were ATOL registered. The Refund Credit Note would take 6 weeks to register etc. In June we received an email stating that the airline refund was some £80 short of the promised full refund. Since then we have received a number of emails that repeat the offer of less than the agreed full refund. We have repeated our entitlement to full value, quoting ATOL guidance to registered holders. This company treats customers with contempt and repeatedly refused to acknowledge the liability to refund the full value. The law is clear flight customers are entitled to full refund without ‘admin’ fees or other charges. We are now making a complaint to ATOL and proceeding with a claim through the small claims court.
