“I had an urgent issue to resolve which was something of my own fault, I contacted GetAFlight via my booking I made and got a fast response via WhatsApp to my linked mobile number on the transaction. I was connected with STELLA, who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, she gave me my options to rectify the issue and was very patient with me whilst I took some time to make a decision on this. She kindly gave me some advice to help me make my decision, after making one I had issues it’s my payment method as I was helping my father on his behalf and had to wait to sort this, Stella kindly offered to wait for me the next day to resolve this. In the end Stella was amazing and she was so patient with as I can imagine it was a lengthy issue she had to deal with but she was so helpful and friendly the whole way through! I would recommend using their services and if you do get into trouble and are lucky enough to get Stella to help you then I am sure your issue will get resolved swiftly and with kindness. I hope that Stella gets the recognition for helping me!”

“It’s the first time I’ve been contacted instantly by a travel agent’s customer service team, and Stella was on hand to answer any questions I had and promptly assisted.. I would certainly recommend GetAFlight and would opt for them again when I see them on Skyscanner”

“Stella has been amazingly helpful over the last few days. The company was seamless to book with but unfortunately we had to cancel due to the situation in Iran. You hear horror stories about companies being difficult but Stella from PH travel has been amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to book a holiday with them in future.”

“When I needed to change my flight Stella was very helpful, going out of her way to find a reasonable price and even contacting me the following day when the prices dropped. Communications were extremely prompt via WhatsApp and phone. This is how using a travel agent should feel. Will definitely use get a flight for our next trip!”
