If I could give zero stars, I would. The company which balances itself upon fake 5 star reviews, to lure people into booking with them. This company operates under multiple names—GET A FLIGHT, PH Travel, CallForUmrah, Clickaholiday, Getacruise, Perfect Holidays, Voliamo, checkaholiday and probably many more! They are nothing short of scam artists. From the start, they made what should have been a straightforward process an absolute nightmare. When I needed to cancel my booking due to their website issuing the tickets for the wrong dates, the airline was more than willing to issue a refund. They even provided a waiver code and assured me they’d communicate directly with this agency. However, GET A FLIGHT had other plans. Here’s what they did: 1. Deliberate Delays: They dragged out the process until the cancellation period expired, ensuring I couldn’t get a refund. 2. False Promises: They repeatedly said they’d call back or email, but they never did. It was all lies. 3. Deleting Communication: They deliberately deleted correspondence from the airline, including the waiver code for the refund, and claimed they “never received it.” 4. Shifting Blame: When confronted, they outright told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to deal with the airline myself. I took it upon myself to contact the airline directly, and guess what? The airline was still willing to refund me—but only if GET A FLIGHT responded to their emails. Of course, this fraudulent company refused to engage, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. They are deceitful, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. They operate under multiple names to cover their tracks, but the scam is the same. Avoid them like the plague. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. As they continue to decline key information such as their ATOL number so that I can raise the issue further. It’s clearly a situation where they made sure I was stuck alongside my money, is a clear issue of misconduct and now they wish that I just accept that this is how the industry is. They gave me multiple forms of disinformation to temporarily shut me up and hope it will pass, unfortunately and unlike them, I work very hard for my money and will not be letting this go. The communication is so poor and reminds me of a Scam Call Centre.

Do not use. Put all my details into the site including my bank details. Then called me the next day to say the price had gone up £1,500! DO NOT USE

Recently booked a flight from Birmingham to Sri lanka. Then received a phone call from someone who apparently works for get a flight, who told me the flight was pretty full so I'd have to pay another several hundred pounds on top of the price of the advertised price of the flight to secure my booking. To which I then cancelled because it seems a bit of a scam.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I bought two tickets for myself and my daughter, who was on vacation from school in the summer of 2022. I received confirmation of the purchase by email and realized that there was a mistake in my last name. I immediately informed the company, but the correction was not made. When I arrived at the airport, they did not let me board due to the problem. I called Get a Flight from the airport and the employee told me that they could not help me. I had a broken arm due to a work accident a week before the trip. And with my minor daughter with me. It was a horrible nightmare. We were abandoned at the airport. I tried to call Get a Flight again and the employee started laughing at us, enjoying our suffering. It was horrible, we had to look for a bus to go back to Newport. We arrived home at 3:00 in the morning.....

Would not recommend booking through getaflight. I bought flights from Dublin to Vancouver with a connection in Toronto. As I am moving to Canada, for at least 7 months but with an unknown return date i upgraded to their flex package which clearly states that the only fee I would pay for a change in flight time, date etc would be the change in airfare. I enquire about this as I was concerned I would miss my connection stuck in immigration and was promptly told it would cost me £350 to change my connecting flight, including a £50 administration fee and change fee. This goes completely against what they advertised as a flex ticket and the change would cause me more than buying a brand new ticket! Not only this but the customer service was condescending throughout their explanation which changed multiple times btw. I also felt pressured into accepting this expensive flight change as they tell me the price will go up within a day and that i shouldn’t bother calling up in October trying to change it as the price will be £500/600 to change. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

Update: 18/7/2024: So after chasing this crook company for a response RE SAR , this is the response i get : “We regret to inform you that there has been a delay in our response, as we have been diligently searching for the call recordings you requested. Regrettably, it appears that our call database for the past few months has become corrupted, and our IT Team is currently working tirelessly to restore the data. As a result, we may not be able to provide you with the call recordings at this time. However, if you could kindly share the reason for your request, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist you in any way we can. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. Thanks & Regardsa” Wow, so first the Agent Alina White lies on recorded line and scams customers and then conviniently the recordings are lost . Will take this to the independent watchdog , this is about principle not money. Update 11/7/2024: It is almost been a week since i sent. SAR Request (Subject Access Request) as per GDPR regulations, still no acknowledgment from this company, this company is a joke , i am now inclined to complain to ICO . As soon as i posted the review possible fake reviews started pouring in to put my review at the back burner. They are closed on sunday how come reviews posted on sunday , seems their reviews are paid for as well. BEWARE. This company is nothing short of scam artists, booked return from lhr to dfw, was told by Alina Wright, there will be extra £30 for the ticket to have date changeable option, i asked 3 times if there will be any other hidden costs should i use this option. Alina clearly said only the fare difference will be payable. Asked her to put it in email and she cleverly said its standard policy. I tried to exercise this option of date change and was told extortionate amounts , £150 date change fee, £50 admin fee, £129.54 difference in fare . Cleverly made up cost so its bit cheaper if i book a new return ticket. I complained about the fact that only fare difference apply and was told “show in writing” , they know exactly how they are scamming the public. I have now requested Subject Access Request from getaflight , will report this company to trading standards , Atol and Abta. Also, the guy mentioned these fees are in T&Cs, interestingly this was never sent to me , my mother email had a broken link to T&Cs , This company is big scam and they only ought to take your money, there is no customer service once ticketed STAY AWAY

As soon as i posted the review possible fake reviews started pouring in to put my review at the back burner. They are closed on sunday how come reviews posted on sunday , seems their reviews are paid for as well. BEWARE. AVOID AVOID! they are rip off agents. I just purchased a Biz class flex ticket from this company and within 20mins realised I had booked the wrong day outbound flight. I requested to cancel and a refund so I could rebook and they would not refund in full, instead they offered only £3000 which meant they would keep £3200! 52% I questioned why as KLM offer £0 charge full refund with this ticket. At first they Getaflight attempted to say it was the airlines ticket policy, so I offered to contact KLM direct and take my chances with them, Getaflight refused to supply the ticket T&Cs and said it was their T&Cs that apply. Their small print says despite the airline ticket being 100% refundable their policy does not. Be very careful booking with travel agents as sadly this company has bought travel agents into disrepute - ALWAYS BOOK WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECT- do not accept Skyscanners recomendations! Absolute rip off- they will probably find some other way to screw me before the flight...

GetAFlight runs like a scam company which will become especially clear when you are in a crisis situation. Just to get information on change and cancellation fees for biz class and policies/options available to us in an emergency, they’ve required that we send birth, marriage & medical certificates and for over two weeks have not responded with any policies in writing. Complete and utter lack of transparency and keep sending us in circles all while adding more fees. Do not book with them!!!

So I had bought a return ticket to Colombia and decided to cancel the return part of the ticket. I called Get a Flight and they wrongly advised me that I could get £320 back. I checked this several times with different agents before committing to cancelling the return ticket. When I made the call, they told me that I could not get any money back. Unfortunately by then I had made arrangements to stay in Colombia based on knowing that this extra expense would be offset by the £320 refund. I should not have believed this company. They are not serious and completely inconsistent with the advise they give. They feel no scrupule about lying to their customers. They will simply deny the truth and get away with it. Manager today was the same. I will never use them again and advise you not to either.

Can't give less than 0 star otherwise I would give them -10..booked a emergency ticket looked like a good cheap ticket bought it straight away..reached at the airport on check in kiosk been told I can't fly as I don't have a in transit visa for Germany (frankfurt).just for flight never told or mentioned anything on the booking or e ticket that I need a visa..then tried to phone them but as there office is operational 8am_11pm.only can't get hold of anybody...then tried to phone lufthansa but no luck as they told me to phone just 4 flight to arrange refund..but just 4 flight told me to phone lufthansa. Now all day today almost 5 hours on total ...they can't do anything..avoid avoid better to buy from corner shop they will atleast help you and guide you..just

I had the worst experience buying a ticket through your website. I have never had this kind of treatment of tussling, and been told to request for a refund without valid reason.

I am so disappointed with the customers service team they don't listen to us. I paid £1800 for flight tickets from uk to pakistan quetta and returned . On the way back from quetta to karachi was cancelled my flight I did not receive any email or anything I trying to call and emailing no one answered to me and I had to take another flight from quetta to karachi I don't wanted to miss my others flight connecting flights. I tock another flight from quetta to karachi cost me 50000 pakistani rupees. They don't refund my money back. Please don't buy tickets from getafilight

Please Avoid this Company. Horrible experience with them and the customer service talk over you and interrupt you. I have booked a flight online and had to cancel just 3 hrs later following issues around Hurricane Ian. My ticket at this point hadnt been issued and I had received an email saying that it would not confirm for 24 hrs. Whilst on the phone to them a second time they sent me through the ticket which I had asked them to cancel a minute earlier. They are saying they are witholding £250 as per the wish of the airline which I do not believe. I have unfortunately had to cancel flights in previous years and never had this experience before. Looking at the reviews, which I wish I had done before booking, it appears that this may not be the end of my issues as the part they claim to be refunding does not look like it will be forthcoming based on other peoples experiences. The one star reviews to me appear genuine unlike the 5 star reviews which appear generic.

I purchased this ticket on September 6@2136 with this consultant Sarah. At first it was all good until a few days after i still havent received my email confirmations and eticket. I phoned their office on Friday(Sept9) three days after and still nothing arrived. I was then reassured by a colleague that it will come but today September 10,2022 4days after i then called the office at 2145 and until then it hasnt been sent until now. So I'm not happy about it as i was the one whose chasing this up to get this. Poor customer service. After requesting it, the staff who answered me sent ir finally after my reminder. Then i requested to speak to Sarah myself after investigating what happened she said that she had sent it but it wasn't received until i made this known to them. She apologize but i asked her why it happen and suddenly in an arrogantly manner she said what is the issue here still i Have already apologisw. I Dont like the tone of her reply to me thats why I'm upset about it more. I was even planning to give positive feedback but due to this i will give the Lowest and worse feedback to this matter.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKS. TAKEN PAYMENT FOR MY FLIGHT FROM MY CARD THEN EMAILED TO SAY HAVE TO DO BANK TRANSFER AND WON’T REFUND THE CARD PAYMENT. TELLING ME TO GO TO MY BANK TO CLAIM IT BACK, MY PAYMENT BY CARD WAS VERIFIED BY 3D VERIFICATION I EVEN OFFERED TO SEND ID AND COPY OF BANK STATEMENT BUT THEY NOT INTERESTED. KEEP AWAY!!!
