GetAFlight runs like a scam company which will become especially clear when you are in a crisis situation. Just to get information on change and cancellation fees for biz class and policies/options available to us in an emergency, they’ve required that we send birth, marriage & medical certificates and for over two weeks have not responded with any policies in writing. Complete and utter lack of transparency and keep sending us in circles all while adding more fees. Do not book with them!!!

So I had bought a return ticket to Colombia and decided to cancel the return part of the ticket. I called Get a Flight and they wrongly advised me that I could get £320 back. I checked this several times with different agents before committing to cancelling the return ticket. When I made the call, they told me that I could not get any money back. Unfortunately by then I had made arrangements to stay in Colombia based on knowing that this extra expense would be offset by the £320 refund. I should not have believed this company. They are not serious and completely inconsistent with the advise they give. They feel no scrupule about lying to their customers. They will simply deny the truth and get away with it. Manager today was the same. I will never use them again and advise you not to either.

Can't give less than 0 star otherwise I would give them -10..booked a emergency ticket looked like a good cheap ticket bought it straight away..reached at the airport on check in kiosk been told I can't fly as I don't have a in transit visa for Germany (frankfurt).just for flight never told or mentioned anything on the booking or e ticket that I need a visa..then tried to phone them but as there office is operational 8am_11pm.only can't get hold of anybody...then tried to phone lufthansa but no luck as they told me to phone just 4 flight to arrange refund..but just 4 flight told me to phone lufthansa. Now all day today almost 5 hours on total ...they can't do anything..avoid avoid better to buy from corner shop they will atleast help you and guide you..just

I had the worst experience buying a ticket through your website. I have never had this kind of treatment of tussling, and been told to request for a refund without valid reason.

I could not change my date as i was told ticket was non changeable although this was accepted ans fare difference paid . I had to attend medical appointment

I am so disappointed with the customers service team they don't listen to us. I paid £1800 for flight tickets from uk to pakistan quetta and returned . On the way back from quetta to karachi was cancelled my flight I did not receive any email or anything I trying to call and emailing no one answered to me and I had to take another flight from quetta to karachi I don't wanted to miss my others flight connecting flights. I tock another flight from quetta to karachi cost me 50000 pakistani rupees. They don't refund my money back. Please don't buy tickets from getafilight

Please Avoid this Company. Horrible experience with them and the customer service talk over you and interrupt you. I have booked a flight online and had to cancel just 3 hrs later following issues around Hurricane Ian. My ticket at this point hadnt been issued and I had received an email saying that it would not confirm for 24 hrs. Whilst on the phone to them a second time they sent me through the ticket which I had asked them to cancel a minute earlier. They are saying they are witholding £250 as per the wish of the airline which I do not believe. I have unfortunately had to cancel flights in previous years and never had this experience before. Looking at the reviews, which I wish I had done before booking, it appears that this may not be the end of my issues as the part they claim to be refunding does not look like it will be forthcoming based on other peoples experiences. The one star reviews to me appear genuine unlike the 5 star reviews which appear generic.

These are scammers! Canceled the booking after some minutes and no refund. It's been 2 months and the money still hasn't been returned. Support does not answer questions

I purchased this ticket on September 6@2136 with this consultant Sarah. At first it was all good until a few days after i still havent received my email confirmations and eticket. I phoned their office on Friday(Sept9) three days after and still nothing arrived. I was then reassured by a colleague that it will come but today September 10,2022 4days after i then called the office at 2145 and until then it hasnt been sent until now. So I'm not happy about it as i was the one whose chasing this up to get this. Poor customer service. After requesting it, the staff who answered me sent ir finally after my reminder. Then i requested to speak to Sarah myself after investigating what happened she said that she had sent it but it wasn't received until i made this known to them. She apologize but i asked her why it happen and suddenly in an arrogantly manner she said what is the issue here still i Have already apologisw. I Dont like the tone of her reply to me thats why I'm upset about it more. I was even planning to give positive feedback but due to this i will give the Lowest and worse feedback to this matter.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKS. TAKEN PAYMENT FOR MY FLIGHT FROM MY CARD THEN EMAILED TO SAY HAVE TO DO BANK TRANSFER AND WON’T REFUND THE CARD PAYMENT. TELLING ME TO GO TO MY BANK TO CLAIM IT BACK, MY PAYMENT BY CARD WAS VERIFIED BY 3D VERIFICATION I EVEN OFFERED TO SEND ID AND COPY OF BANK STATEMENT BUT THEY NOT INTERESTED. KEEP AWAY!!!

The travel agency is a complete scam . We bought flight tickets with a card 5 weeks ago. payment has gone through and got a confirmation email saying payment was successful and booking confirmed, The e-tickets were not issued as per the email from them stating it will be done within 24 hours. It is now 5 weeks later and on follows up they state we have to make another transfer into their bank account and then they will issue the tickets. WhatsApp contact of the company is a complete joke, do not expect an answer in WhatsApp for 48-72 hours, when contact we been told we have to call they can not provide what is going on in WhatsApp, I guess they don't want to provide anything in writing, because they know they did a mistake and they have our hard earn money in account but charge us again, on the phone, it takes hours to talk to carol and Sarah, when we called we were told carol who did your booking is in a break, but we booked the ticket online not through Sarah, so we had to wait until carol finish the break, worst they refused to refund and told us to contact the bank. we sent a screenshot of our bank statement that money has left and reached ph travel ltd, however, they refused to look at it. we asked for a record of contact, they promised to send us within 24 hours however not received, we had to book a flight again at an extra £350 cost, this company should not be trading, I am claiming my money back plus the extra cost of rebooking flight as it as gone up, If I do not get my money back within 7 days, I am taking them in court and report to FCA and trading standard, There is Bunch scammer from India running this, who don't know what they doing or saying, there is Sarah, Aston, Jorden, Carol, which is not their real name, the company should start with authentication of the real name, not fake names, After few phone calls, they accepted that money is in their account but in the suspicious account, which they can only access and refund if we make a bank transfer of £1300, so they have our hard earn money but they want more, they told us I am travel agent just because I made four flights booking from my email address for my family. Jorden told us he has our money but the 'concern' team will investigate and refund us, so now they are not a travel company, they are FBI and investigating our hard earn money, Please do your job ''selling tickets'' :). Indian police should be knowing your door soon as the local mp and FCA have been informed. will make sure to get a flight shut down before they try to scam anyone else. Please do not underestimate me get a flight. Absolute scam. Stay very far away. Do not book through this company.

Book through the airline directly in future. I ended up paying more to move dates than I spent on the original ticket. Take the initial cheaper cost with a pinch of salt. The staff were professional enough no issues with them, but the product itself isn't what you think.

I bought a ticket to Brazil through this company. The company Virgin Atlantic appeared as the operator, but the company that actually makes the transport is LATAM. I received the eTicket with the number and other data. When I went to check in at Virgin Atlantic, a message appeared saying to check in at Latam. When I went to the LATAM website to check in, the message that appeared was that the e-Ticket number did not match. The flight will be in 12 hours and so far I don't know if I'll be able to travel.

Do NOT use this company! We booked tickets in December 2021. Cost £2,400 Had to cancel the flight due to the Omnicron Variant (plus we had two over 70's travelling in our group). Ticket was changed to an 'Open Ticket'. Now looking to change dates to August. They are asking for another £2,000!!! And they say it is due to the airline charging 'date change fees'. This is an absolute LIE! My brother, thankfully booked with another company, had his tickets changed to August and was charged only £89!!! PH Travel are charging me TWENTY TIMES MORE! This is incredibly insane! If I was to make a new booking, it would cost me the same! The money I've already paid, where is it? In their fat pockets! They claim they have paid the airline - but I do not believe it! I'm in the process of trying to get a refund or a reasonable fee to make the changes! Freddy - the worst person to speak with! And his manager even more so. Not a single iota of care for the customer! Don't know how they sleep at night - zero conscience! The level of stress and anxiety they have left me, my elderly parents and family is immensely bad. Please, please, please DO NOT USE this company - they are only after your money - and don't care for anything else - FULL ON SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Avoid this company. Take your money and then give you false promises of returns. Still yet to receive my funds but then try telling me the bank are holding it. I work for a bank and the bank would not withhold credits without notifying me. I will be taking this the county court judgement route for non payment

This has been the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been waiting for a refund for over a year and have been fed nothing but lies and broken promises and on top of that the staff are so extremely rude and inept. I have been truly shocked at how I have been spoken to at times. They never respond to emails or get back to you when they say they will. I have asked for a complaints procedure countless times but have never been given one. I am so confused at how this business actually manages to run as their customer service is beyond shocking. I booked 2 tickets with this company. One of those had to be put on hold due to the passenger catching covid. The second ticket, the return journey was cancelled so we had to book a different flight back- this was back in January 2021! I have spent so much time trying to get a refund as I am entitled and have been told countless times that I will receive it in 4-6 weeks. MANY 4-6 weeks later I am refundless. There is a manager who works on the team called Nancy who is truly the most rude person I have ever spoken to. I decided to get a refund on the second ticket that we had put on hold, I had been previously been told they would take a small amount (~£10) for admin purposes- when I received the refund it was A LOT less than this and no explanation has been given. This company has basically robbed me of my hard earned money and seems to be getting away with it. I have been so stressed out by my experience with them that I almost gave up all hope but I will now be reporting them to ABTA as I don't want anyone else to get robbed and treated this way. Please stay away from this company for your own good they are simply not worth the stress they cause!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COWBOYS STAY AWAY .THIS CRIMINAL ROBBERS . I try to change the flight dates to THAILAND .I was told different prices every time The woman name Carol told me that , just because I callled them to find a better deal for a week .she will change me 350 extra to change the dates and put the phone down on me .The ticket price is £350 buy they want to charge me double the price . I am lucky that I am in UK and travelled to my destnation .just imagine if you are stuck in Asia somd place and this cowboys will not phone you back and screw you up with excessive charges .I am very angry nasty to me. Court action is necessary .
