I've never written a review before, but after my terrible time dealing with this company I've been compelled to write this - that's how awful this company is. Their communication is an absolute joke. If they're unable to answer your question they will disconnect you from the chat room, or hang up the phone on you. My flight worth £250 was cancelled due to covid, all they could offer in compensation was £20.40, which I think is far too little. I spent months hassling them to send me this partial refund and they tried to ignore me for as long as possible. My takeaway from this terrible experience with this company: don't buy flights via a middleman like this company if you can't afford losing the price of the ticket

Fraudsters, my flight was cancelled due to pandemic. They want to charge me double the price to reschedule while the flight company makes it free. I request a refund and the cut 30% administration fees and 3 months now and I have not my money back yet.

They are thieves scammer,do not go near them , airline is agree to change flight dates and waive the differnce but the want to charge more than orginal ticket price no refund ,i am gutted ,,disappointed going going to small claim court soon where is uk goverment?? Need our money back

If I could give a negative score I would. Fraudsters of a company (and their parent company PH Travel - check out their reviews). Booked flights mid-2019. Obviously, early 2020 with Covid-19 the world changed. Despite multiple emails, calls, online chats and broken promises, they refused to issue a refund for cancelled flights. We had it confirmed separately the carrier (Virgin) that they had issued the refund but this unprincipled and unethical company still refused to issue a refund to us. We ended up going down the section 75 route with my credit card. PH Travel even had the audacity to challenge that. They lost and I now have my money, but future buyers beware. Absolute shysters, took me over 6 months to get over £3000 returned.

Fraudulent company. When a booking was made we did not receive a confirmation of the booking showing the details of the flight (including passenger details) and an invoice of a payment. I informed ROBERT DESOUZA that I have a legal right to obtain this information as soon as a booking was made.The only email I had received was a e-booking confirmation and terms and condition. I made a 3 way call with Etihad as they were blaming an error in passenger name to this airline, however when we discussed this error in this conversation ROBERT DESOUZA then changed the error made to us - that we had received a booking confirmation. I requested them to forward the very email confirming the booking confirmation that they alleged they had sent me, however the agency just sent a email without providing the actual email forwarded on to me. His excuse we cannot forward the actual email ! They claim they are ATOL protected,again this information was neither sent. I will be reporting them to trading standards and ABTA for their course of mis-conduct in dealing with my booking.

Don’t book any flights from get2flight .. plc travel they won’t refund your money or cancel your tickets .. once they took Money from you they won’t reply your phone and email just be careful ..

This company are a complete was of time as I had my 2 flights put on open flights because of COVID and Emirates we’re letting you book again with no charges at all. I booked via this firm via Skyscanner and tried to rebook some flights but they said I would have to pay an extra £467 extra to book. I explained that Emirates we’re saying that they would not charge me any extra but after Emirates got involved they agreed to do them we no charges. I have been waiting for 10 days now for them to re issue my new flights but they are putting me off all the time making excuses. I have contacted Emirates again and they have said I have been messed about long enough and they have reissued my new flights with no charges. Well done to Ash at Emirates customer service. So if anybody is thinking of booking with this firm GetAflight or sister company PHtravel please think twice as the are a complete waste of space if you need any help they try and rip you off.

Wrong airport, 30 min warning of cancelled flight (Cancelled 2 weeks prior) Aaand No money back from covid Absolutely avoid, Apart from the obvious of not giving money back due to covid. We Rescheduled for later in the year; at an additional £160 pp. Details of the flight were for the wrong London airport! if you can believe that, and we were told 2nd time around that it was cancelled 30 mins before take-off. Luckily we had already spoken to emirates 2 weeks prior and they had told us they didn't fly to our destination from that airport -and never have. Also that the flight had been cancelled. We have to wait until January to get our money back, which will be a year from purchase. Also im sorry but the customer service is shocking, despite being overly reasonable with them, I'd be surprised if the reviews on this site are legitimate. There's a real bounce between 5 star and 1 star reviews

We booked flights with Get4Flight (PH Travel Ltd) which were cancelled by the airline on 23 March 2020. On the same day we exchanged emails with P H Travel requesting a refund and gaining agreement to a full refund by means of a Refund Credit Note and confirmed that P H Travel were ATOL registered. The Refund Credit Note would take 6 weeks to register etc. In June we received an email stating that the airline refund was some £80 short of the promised full refund. Since then we have received a number of emails that repeat the offer of less than the agreed full refund. We have repeated our entitlement to full value, quoting ATOL guidance to registered holders. This company treats customers with contempt and repeatedly refused to acknowledge the liability to refund the full value. The law is clear flight customers are entitled to full refund without ‘admin’ fees or other charges. We are now making a complaint to ATOL and proceeding with a claim through the small claims court.

Took over 6 months to get refund on cancelled flights and even then only with the threat of legal action. They had received airline refund up to 2 months prior. Simply the worst travel agents I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor, third class services, they didn’t refunded my amount from last 5 months, flights been cancelled, get a flight received my refund from airline and didn’t refunded me, they are doing this criminal business practices in London.

Utterly awful service. Evasive, misleading, exasperating. I am formally complaining to ABTA. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINES. I cancelled flights and they agreed to a refund amount, in writing, that would be paid within 6 weeks. 6 months later, i still do not have it, and have had multiple promises, assurances and personal commitments to resolve it, and multiple deadlines. At no point has anyone there *ever* even tried to actively manage the situation - they just react to my complaints with fresh bluff and bluster. See a pattern here in these reviews?

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS to this company. In fact, I've made an account JUST FOR THIS REVIEW. It's an absolute SCAM and they are just THIEVES preying off of flight disruptions due to COVID-19. I've been expecting a refund since March 2020 and it is September now. I had booked a flight to the US but later was unable to take the flight due to my travel bans. The airline (Austrian & United Airlines) provided full refunds and free cancellations, but I never received it from GetaFlight. I've been following up for 6 months and one person refers me to the next who refers me back to the same person (all of whom, by the way, have given me fake names). It's so incredibly frustrating and absolutely ridiculous that such a standard of customer service exists in today's day and age. If this company were to give me free flights, I still wouldn't book with them.

An extremely pathetic and poor service! I couldnt board my flight because my covid tests results didnt come back on time, when I tried explaining to GetAFlight they said I would have to pay £175 minimum to change the date, although Etihad states that they can change the flight dates without any taxes or charges! I ended up dealing with Etihad directly and changed my flight a number of times without any hassle! And once I had landed to my desired location this guys have the audacity to email me saying that please call us back you wont be able to board the flight. Avoid this agency at all costs!

I had the most frustrating time with them. On top of being slow and intentionally vague, I had to call the airline directly to see why I hadn't been refunded yet. They said there's a possibility they're holding onto my money longer than they should've. Still didn't end up with the full refund due to hidden costs. Do not use this service under any circumstance.
