“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COWBOYS STAY AWAY .THIS CRIMINAL ROBBERS . I try to change the flight dates to THAILAND .I was told different prices every time The woman name Carol told me that , just because I callled them to find a better deal for a week .she will change me 350 extra to change the dates and put the phone down on me .The ticket price is £350 buy they want to charge me double the price . I am lucky that I am in UK and travelled to my destnation .just imagine if you are stuck in Asia somd place and this cowboys will not phone you back and screw you up with excessive charges .I am very angry nasty to me. Court action is necessary .”

“Not a good experience. I booked a flight and had to re-schedule , Getaflight was keen to extract more money, even when we ticket was flexible and we had seats in the same class. I took the airline and Getaflight team on a conf. call, but they weren't able to answer why they charge high prices when same class type seats were available. I finally cancelled the ticket and yet to receive the refund even after 2 months. The airline responded they have processed the refund but not credited to my account even after 2 months.”

“They are thieves scammer,do not go near them , airline is agree to change flight dates and waive the differnce but the want to charge more than orginal ticket price no refund ,i am gutted ,,disappointed going going to small claim court soon where is uk goverment?? “Pay the extra but avoid this company. I booked my ticket for 1st Feb but was sent a confirmation dated 31st Jan. When I called customer service the assistant insisted I had booked for 31st even though I could still see on my screen that I had selected 1st Feb. The assistant Robert was abrupt. I called the company within 2 minutes of receiving the confirmation and instead of supporting and correcting the error he started to tell me about the costs involved and asking for my decision. I tried to explain that my screen is still showing me 1st Feb and he stated that it does not matter what I can see on my screen but about what he can see on his. In total this flight has cost me much more than if I had gone with a more reputed company or a flexi ticket. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.”

“It was my first time buying a ticket from GetaFlight for the flight to India from London Heathrow using Air India. Both the combination was the worst. Air India made me miss the flight on the way back. When I contacted Air India for a refund, they asked me to contact Getaflight as I had purchased my ticket from them. When I called the Getafilight customer server, 1st they hung up their phone. When I called them again, someone called AUSTIN (I am not sure if it was his real name) was so rude, the most arrogant and ignorant agent you can ever come across. He was saying "Tell me quick, I have no time". He had no time to listen to me. I told him can you at least just hear me out first but this guy was not listening at all. He was super rude and one of the worst kinds. Once you purchase your ticket with them and if you have any issues, there is no one to ever hear you so I would not advise anyone to use this company to buy a ticket. It is always wise to buy tickets directly from the airline as if you have any issues, you can deal with them directly.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID!! DO NOT BOOK WITH GETAFLIGHT. Airline cancelled a sector of my flight and stated I can change or refund my flight without penalties. 'Austin' the most arrogant and ignorant agent you can ever come across wants me to pay £85 to change flight or deduct £50 to cancel the flight. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!”

“Made a massive mistake booking through these guys using sky scanner. I couldn’t travel as tested positive with COVID. Airline confirmed full refund but agent totally non responsive to emails and messages. Stay away from these guys.”

“They charged me £213 because Emirates changed my original flight! On contacting emirates there was no charges made for these changes, on further investigation it was purely Get A Flight adding additional charges. Customer services hang the phone up when they cant provide answers. AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!!”

“Do not use this company!! after booking flights to Thailand, our flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. Despite trying to get a refund back for the last 18 they have refused, instead blaming the airline not paying them. the airline however are issuing refunds to those who booked direct and have told me that my travel agent can reimburse me. despite saying this they refuse to engage. I'm now taking legal advice and making a formal complaint to ABTA.”

“This so called travel agent is a total scam, Fraud and daylight robbery with helpless customers. Never ever book with them at all cost, Avoid avoid avoid! I made the mistake of booking with them and at first they told me that I have to pay fare difference of £500+ because my flight isn't available anymore and I was naive to go ahead and pay. Then 10 days before I am due to fly they email me notifying me of changes to my flight of the timing and to ring them and confirm. When I rang them they said my flight has been suspended and no alternative has been offered by the airline and to pay more fare difference and rebook another date by paying £300+ per person. I did my investigation and found them to be lying when in fact the airline provided alternative following day flight free of charge. But this fraud company denied it and said its not showing on their system etc etc lies lies lies. They won't give u a full refund either and scan you with their admin charges when it wasn't even my fault and didn't even rebook me on the next available flight when they could have done free of charge. They just lie to you and leave u out of pocket and loss so they can sell those tickets and a higher price since the prices r sky high these days so they want to make money rather than help out and be loyal to their customers. Never ever book with them and avoid at all cost!!!! They have left me and my family devastated, out of pocket and stressed due to scamming us and not offering us the next available flight when the airline themselves have confirmed they have given an alternative next day free of charge. But this company was lying and conning its customers to sell their tickets at higher price. They have caused me so much stress and tension and totally ruined my long awaited holiday with my family. Useless and rubbish travel agency!!”
