Pay the extra but avoid this company. I booked my ticket for 1st Feb but was sent a confirmation dated 31st Jan. When I called customer service the assistant insisted I had booked for 31st even though I could still see on my screen that I had selected 1st Feb. The assistant Robert was abrupt. I called the company within 2 minutes of receiving the confirmation and instead of supporting and correcting the error he started to tell me about the costs involved and asking for my decision. I tried to explain that my screen is still showing me 1st Feb and he stated that it does not matter what I can see on my screen but about what he can see on his. In total this flight has cost me much more than if I had gone with a more reputed company or a flexi ticket. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.
