Customer service is great. 10 out of 10! I could not ask for a better travel agency to book my travel. All my flight-related queries and concerns are immediately catered to especially by Kevin Walker. he is really patient in attending to your questions. I am very thankful to his especially with how promptly he responses and explains the situation. I hope they keep the quality of their customer service because it makes the difference among other travel agencies. Great customer service means great future for the agency. Two thumbs up!
