They are thieves scammer,do not go near them , airline is agree to change flight dates and waive the differnce but the want to charge more than orginal ticket price no refund ,i am gutted ,,disappointed going going to small claim court soon where is uk goverment?? Going to make a formal complaint. They are thieves.
