Made a massive mistake booking through these guys using sky scanner. I couldn’t travel as tested positive with COVID. Airline confirmed full refund but agent totally non responsive to emails and messages. Stay away from these guys.

They charged me £213 because Emirates changed my original flight! On contacting emirates there was no charges made for these changes, on further investigation it was purely Get A Flight adding additional charges. Customer services hang the phone up when they cant provide answers. AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!!

Very bad customer service!!! Flights cancelled by the Airline and this travel agency is taking forever to refund. Communication is really bad. PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM

Do not use this company!! after booking flights to Thailand, our flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. Despite trying to get a refund back for the last 18 they have refused, instead blaming the airline not paying them. the airline however are issuing refunds to those who booked direct and have told me that my travel agent can reimburse me. despite saying this they refuse to engage. I'm now taking legal advice and making a formal complaint to ABTA.

This so called travel agent is a total scam, Fraud and daylight robbery with helpless customers. Never ever book with them at all cost, Avoid avoid avoid! I made the mistake of booking with them and at first they told me that I have to pay fare difference of £500+ because my flight isn't available anymore and I was naive to go ahead and pay. Then 10 days before I am due to fly they email me notifying me of changes to my flight of the timing and to ring them and confirm. When I rang them they said my flight has been suspended and no alternative has been offered by the airline and to pay more fare difference and rebook another date by paying £300+ per person. I did my investigation and found them to be lying when in fact the airline provided alternative following day flight free of charge. But this fraud company denied it and said its not showing on their system etc etc lies lies lies. They won't give u a full refund either and scan you with their admin charges when it wasn't even my fault and didn't even rebook me on the next available flight when they could have done free of charge. They just lie to you and leave u out of pocket and loss so they can sell those tickets and a higher price since the prices r sky high these days so they want to make money rather than help out and be loyal to their customers. Never ever book with them and avoid at all cost!!!! They have left me and my family devastated, out of pocket and stressed due to scamming us and not offering us the next available flight when the airline themselves have confirmed they have given an alternative next day free of charge. But this company was lying and conning its customers to sell their tickets at higher price. They have caused me so much stress and tension and totally ruined my long awaited holiday with my family. Useless and rubbish travel agency!!

I have been charged £150.00 cancellation fee for 2 tickets which weren't even booked. I booked online for my parents on 11/08/21 at 18.16. 5 mins after booking my mum told me to cancel due to health reasons. I first called the agents and spoke to a nice lady at 18.29 who said the booking had not yet been booked and would take 2-3 hours to process. Any amendments or cancellations would be possible with no charges at all. After speaking to my parents who told me to cancel the booking I called the agents again. This time I got OSCAR JACKMAN at 18.47 who said I would be charged £75 per ticket as they have been booked and the confirmation email had already been sent 10 mins ago to myself which can take upto 45 for me to receive. I said how is this possible when I called less than 20 mins ago and got told it's still processing he just said no booking has been confirmed with the airline and I would be charged. I called Emirates at 18.50 and asked them if this booking had been confirmed who told me NO no such booking has been confirmed YET and could take a few hours and told me to contact the agents. I called the agents again at 18.56 and got connected to a lady but as soon as I mentioned the ref no she transferred me to the LYING OSCAR JACKMAN who stuck by his story for the charges even after explaining to him I have contacted Emirates and they have said no booking has been confirmed and I still have not yet received any booking confirmation. At this point I cancelled the reservation and received a partial refund minus £150. I called again the next day 12/08/21 at 13.09 and asked to speak to a manager and RAYMOND claimed he was a manager and the whole process was correct. I asked where is the email confirmation OSCAR claimed had been sent which could take upto 45 mins. His reply was YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE BOOKING SO YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SUCH EMAIL. So a booking confirmation was already sent to me before I cancelled but still not received but apparently after cancelling RAYMOND claims the email which had already been sent I will not receive....HOW DOES THAT WORK??? I am claiming my charges through my credit card company and if not I have already been to seek advice and after listening to my call records they say I can easily claim my money back plus charges on top. Please avoid this company as up to today 05/09/21 and still waiting have not yet received this email and don't think I ever will. When you reply to this message I don't want no apologies I just simply want my money back and maybe train your advisors to stop lying and be a bit more friendly. The 2 females I spoke to were very polite sorry I couldn't make out there names on the records but OSCAR and RAYMOND need some serious customer service training.

I saw the bad reviews and took a risk. Don't do the same thing. Horrible service. My airline changed my flight a month ago and they failed to inform me about this. My flight is tomorrow and they now have me staying in an overnight layover with two kids under 4 and travelling to a different airport than the one I had booked for! They are being completely uncooperative and are unwilling to take any responsibility. They want me to pay an extra $£300 per person to fly me and my kids back to our original destination airport. Absolutely disgusting service.

Extremely poor company and thieves, they use many names to operate and sell tickets on sky scanner. When comes to refund for cancelled flight which is not customer's fault, it is a nightmare to deal with them. I wish I would never bought a ticket from them. I will never buy any ticket from GetAFlight, PH Travels. Also the people who answer phone never tell you their correct names, they give false names like Alice, Andy, Nick etc. Alice hung up on me while talking to her and she does not want to even answer my queries as don't bother. They treat customers like its all customers fault, how in the world its customer's fault when flight has been cancelled by airline. They will never communicate and let you know of any flight changes or cancellation. And I ended up stranded on Dubai Airport and found out the connecting flight has been cancelled, but GetAFlight never told me of that. And not no refund of cancelled flight even after passing many months. Nightmare and thieves stolen my money which airline refunded them already.

Absolutely disgusting service! Do not buy from them. I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s has been over a year! Still fighting with them. Still no refund! They are useless on the phone, don’t understand anything what I’m asking for and just giving you irreverent answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Stay away from them!!!!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for my flight since May 2020. I was always told it would be another couple of weeks. I has been a year now and I am no longer even getting replies from the company. I think this is a terrible way to treat people. I would never use this company again. After posting a review, I did receive a call from the company on to start that after confirming I was receiving a refund it had been denied. I was left hanging for a year and then only offered a credit issued from January 2020, four months before the original flight. I have less than a year to use it.

Got flight cancelled because of covid but these these travel agent keeps my £300 Leady called Nancy Young she is very rude and gives you false information lies and sold my details to the scam companies now I get 10 calls a day and email trying to hack in to my phone avoid these scamers These all compny linked together Get a flight PH travel Perfect holiday Voliamo Get a cruiser

PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! LOOK AT GOOGLE REVIEWS, HOW THEY HAVE THIS RATING IS BEYOND ME Guys please listen to the reviews, these guys are really that bad and I want people to know about it, it's caused alot of stress for me and my partner as we are making a move to Dubai. We booked flights from Birmingham to Dubai and I received an email saying my flight was cancelled (due to operational reasons) I was then told I will be charged £75pp extra to book another flight, which they cancelled!! Not only that, we were also told that we wouldn't be receiving a full refund as there is admin fee. I went through their TC's on website and none of these charges are mentioned, also the direct airline will be refunding the full amount!! It actually states in their TC's that if your flight is cancelled then there isn't any extra costs to change. PLEASE don't use the customer service is shocking, they are obviously trying to take everyone's money - This guys won't last that long and tbh it's shocking on what they are doing. I will be fighting this and taking it all the way as companies like this shouldn't be getting away with this.

worst experience ever! They canceled my tickets without telling me! I found it out 3 days before departure and had to pay 200 pounds more to buy new flights. Horrible website and they should be shut down to be honest.

Try to avoid this agent. They will claim for nonexistent flight tickets and loot your money. Not really bother to reply for your emails.

Raymond from PH has refused to fully refund my money. I have now proceeded to claims court. Will update you. We need to take them to court!!!!

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked flights with them 13 months ago. When the flights, costing over £500, were cancelled, they repeatedly misrepresented to me that my only options were a full cost airline voucher or a partial cash refund. This is not the case- I am legally entitled to a full cash refund for the flight cancellation. Multiple emails ignored. Eventually they purported to have changed their minds and agreed that I should, and would shortly, get a full refund... That was back in October 2020. More than 8 months after my flights were confirmed as cancelled, and I haven't seen a penny refund. I cannot believe any 5* reviews, this is an absolutely terrible company who simply ignores the law and hopes that mistreated customers will fade away. I would give them 0* if I could.
