Can I give negative stars? They are fraud because of two reasons:
1. They are charging double (£300/person) cancellation fee wherelse airline cancellation fee is £150 for any number of passengers on same pnr.
2. They are unclear about rescheduling charges and do not give proper break up for the same which is not transparent and fraud.
Really disappointed with their service, not coming back to them in future.
