Not a good experience. I booked a flight and had to re-schedule , Getaflight was keen to extract more money, even when we ticket was flexible and we had seats in the same class. I took the airline and Getaflight team on a conf. call, but they weren't able to answer why they charge high prices when same class type seats were available. I finally cancelled the ticket and yet to receive the refund even after 2 months.
The airline responded they have processed the refund but not credited to my account even after 2 months.
