Would never advise anyone to book a flight with these cow boys, Booked a flight for myself and family, due to current situation the flight was cancelled and now 6 weeks on fighting to try and get my money refunded, there customer services are zero. if you think I am lying try them and don't say you have not been warned

The worst travel agent I have ever experienced. Am still waiting for a refund after airline cancelled our flight before COVID19 and they are refusing to pay us back the £3000 they owe us. Complete Scammers

No do not good anything with this company do not !!!!!!! Book with the airlines not with this company they are scammers and they cancelled my return flight and don’t want to give me any refund only some credit note why ???? I paid with money and I want my money back , the customer service hmmm let me think , oh yeah 1/10 very poor don’t recommend ... awful

Horrible company my flight is now cancelled due to COVID19 and they are refusing to refund me . Will take them to court.

I am not even going to waste my time writing out a lengthy review on a company with no legitimacy or morals at all. From reading other reviews, I got off lightly. They need shutting down and they will get taken to court one day for the complete disregard of their paying customers. For the sake of your mental health, please do not book with this excuse of a company. 1 star is being generous.

A bunch of cowboys . Do not use. Flight cancelled by Swiss Air. Did nothing . 24 hours later offered a flight a day later. This was a business class flight. Unbelievably bad. Please avoid. Am going to complain to ATOL

I cancelled my flight more then two months ago and company email to me, they said they will take 6 to 8 weeks to refund my funds but after 8 weeks all staff giving me different story and excuses and now they are not giving me any exact time when will they refund.. Absolutely unsatisfying service...

Will never book with these guys again. Booked flights to Saudi Arabia but then my wife became unwell. They were unsympathetic. They asked why I couldn't travel with my kids....didn't seem to understand that I can't really leave my sick wife to fend for herself. I contacted airline who said that I should send a doctor's letter via travel agents. I sent it to them (at a cost, had to pay GP £30) and then they didn't even send it to the airline. They claim that they called airline and were told they they'll only offer refund if there's a bereavement. I didn't want to be penalised with a no show so I told them to cancel booking. I will get taxes back but stand to lose £1200. They said I should claim on insurance but I'll still have to pay excess so still going to lose £600. Not my wife's fault she was ill. Avoid them, if something goes wrong, they won't help.

LIARS!!!! ..Avoid like the plague. They are a scam outfit. I was left stranded in Hawaii and have ignored me since. I am in the process of taking them to court.

Worst service. Stay away from this company. They dont bother to reply you on customer care. I booked flight and they cancelled at last moment and didnt give me refund. I contacted airline and they said flight was cancelled by travel agency.

Scammers. Didn't issue my daughter's tickets despite paying for the whole family. Been calling them everyday for the last week and all what I get is promises. Very unhelpful, incapable and chaotic. Our flight is soon and we're desperate and in a very bad situation because of them.

This company is a shambles. Following issues with Thomas Cook we booked a flight only with getaflight to be told the next day that this had been "declined" with no explanation whatsoever.Upon speaking to someone they told me that the deal was no longer available but i explained on the back of their confirmation I might have booked car hire and accommodation - this concern was just ignored. I have had ongoing communication with the "complaints " department but I agree with previous posts in that staff members have a very poor grasp of the English language so how can they sort complaints out ? The same response has been sent to me on several occasions quite simply because they have no understanding of my concerns.I've given up - I've asked for the regulatory body they deal with and/ or the name of the chief executive on numerous occasions but just blatantly ignored . I will now try and bring the antics of this shambolic company to the attention of the relevant authority

Avoid using this shambolic so called travel company. We booked our flights and money was taken out almost immediately. After 2 weeks, still no signs of our tickets or acknowledgement so we decided to contact GetAflight. Having called them, we were told they can’t discuss our own booking with us. We then decided to check with AirFrance to confirm if the flights have booked with them. We were told GetAFlight attempted to book twice but was rejected both times as the price was no longer available. Appalled by this news and called GetAflight back to enquire. They tried to pacify us by saying a manager would called us back (still waiting). After staying on the phone with a customer advisor (they should find a different job title for these employees by the way - useless!) who couldn’t assist with our enquiry, so we terminated the call. We subsequently received an email 2 weeks after the initial booking to say the money is being refunded and they were unable to secure the flights with AirFrance. Now flights have increased by approx £500 for my family and they won’t compensate us. Disgusting!
