I booked flights to Canada, but there was a problem with issuing the ticket. All the members of staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved promptly. Really good customer service. Having not used Get-a-Flight before, I didn't know what to expect, but I have been very pleasantly surprised.
