I am so relieved now after waiting for my booking made 4 weeks ago to be resolved which end up to not be a Uk booking . The transfert process time was a bit long than expected but, I am happy to work with Kevin walker on Chat who handled everything in a professional way and knew how to deal in such situation, he was so patient and he would explain quietly the process.
