Booking this last minute flight with assistance from Richard Neeson remains one of best occasions I've had with a Customer service agent. He was cool, calm and collected over the phone; patient and accepted responsibility, while explaining the reason I could not get my earlier booking through online. He took charge of the process, confirmed a variety of options, within my budget allowance and now I can travel to attend my very important International Conference in Nigeria. Thank you Richard.
