I called about a query of my name, Richard Neeson answered and was very reassuring and extremely helpful. I had booked 2 tickets under one reservation and Richard was able to send us to 2 separate e tickets which we needed for work Purposes. It is SO nice to be able to talk to someone instead of a robot and the person so helpful. Thank you.
