Freddie was very patient whilst I entered in the payment and explained that I needed to enter the billing details according to the card payment. He waited for my mum to be available so she could confirm the payment on the app as it was her payment card. He then explained that I will receive an email outlining the flight details and passenger info and to reply to it if all ok. He rang me back 5 mins later to ask if I had received the email and to reply if all ok. Excellent service from Freddie!
