I recently booked a flight with them but I made an error with my husband’s name. Called customer service and spoke with one of their agents, Miss Sophia Brown. She was very accommodating and helpful. The details of the error was communicated through email and in no time it was swiftly sorted out, thanks to her.
I would be happy to book future flights with them and would also recommend to friends.
