Having checked the online booking service i decided to call Getaflight to make my booking. I spoke with Jitty and she was incredibly helpful and offered brilliant customer service and what I considered a very reasonable and acceptable price for my trip to Thailand in November with my partner.
Online is fine but it cannot compare with speaking with Jitty. Thank you and I will make future bookings in this manner and with Jitty.
