I booked return ticket for Bangladesh through online from them. Received the booking confirmation within a minute and e-ticket the very next day. This process was smooth through I had some queries regarding cabin and check luggage. Forgot to ask due to work. Then I called they before the flight. The guy Rex seems really supportive and helped me with the information I needed also cleared my doubts about boarding through online as this is the first time I am travelling with this Airline.
