This was my first time booking with Get A Flight, and so far it's been a really good experience. David was very attentive — he called to confirm if I wanted to add extra luggage and made sure I had everything I needed. He also let me know that if I didn’t receive the airline’s email by tomorrow, I could contact them directly. It was really reassuring to get a call from the company to follow up and offer support. Great customer service!
