doesn't even deserve a one star!
absolutely appalling customer service. There was no compassion for the fact that they had taken my money and told me that it should be back in my account in 3 days.
when i have purchased flight tickets i expect to get my tickets yet i get rude customer service and no sign of a manager and constant phone cuts.. pathetic
