Current situation:
My flights to Canada have been cancelled by the airline and I am trying to get my money back. Getaflight are being very difficult and are trying to only give me travel credit. I’ve been in contact with two staff members ( Nick and Joy) and they keep changing their stories about what I can and can’t get. Some times I’m being offered vouchers, some times a partial refund, some times no refund. It’s very frustrating because there are rules in place that clearly state I am entitled to a refund as well as it being stated in Getaflight’s terms. So far it has been a bad experience (though the staff members have been fairly polite) but I will not give up until I get a refund. I will revisit this review once this dispute has come to a mutual agreement.
