I ordered a mug I used predictive txt and I spelt the name wrong !! 2 N’s instead of on .. I immediately sent a email to the company.. 8 mins after I ordered and paid .. next day they got back to me saying it’s to late there is a 30 min time slot to change anything that is wrong .. I explained I did .. but they just give me excuses !! No mention about resolving the issue … which I couldn’t use with the wrong spelling on .. I am really disappointed with this company and would never use them again
