Getting personal have not given me a refund for a faulty item, over 14 days have passed. I have escalated this issue to PayPal.
Getting personal have told me they will not refund me unless I resolve the case... with no guarantee of refund.
Following PayPal advice, I have not accepted this and communicated this to the company.
I have been told that the customer service team does not help or knows anyone who will help.
I wish I had never bought from such company. Initially polite, even when I had forgot about my discount code and queried a full price refund. Now unhelpful.
Still no hope of a refund but so thankful I have PayPal protection (which I do not if I click resolve). Be very cautious!!!
