Tried to amend a delivery address within the 39 min timeframe. Did it online & emailed as well. They denied my online request & sent it to the incorrect address. My sister's 60th birthday gift us now late & cost another £15 to send to correct address. Various emails were sent to which they simply denied my original online request. Very disappointed won't be using them again. Also poorly packaged considering it was champagne- they didn't ensure bottle was secure as big gap. Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
