I have used this company a number of times and they are always very helpful. One was an instance of someone stealing a parcel and the other was a fault during manufacture, both times the item was replaced free of charge. Lovely items and great customer service. Special mention to Jamie-Lee who was brilliant when their web link wouldn't work and she sent me her personal email to rectify the issue!
