REPUTABLE COMPANY
I would give this company a -5 rating if it was possible. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life, the colleagues seem to have rehearsed excuses, or they must have that many complaints they are just too used to it.
They definitely didn’t want to come to some sort off resolution to sort the issue.
Conclusion - Avoid at all cost, unless you like terrible customer service, and have money to throw away.
