Awful, awful experience.. If I could give no stars, I would!!! Please steer clear of these cowboys!! I ordered an anniversary personalised champagne bottle and newspaper for a wedding anniversary gift and never received it. I called and was promised updates and received no call backs. I was treated really rudely and no sympathy or solutions offered. Horrible company and horrible staff who have no idea how to run a business. I paid for faster delivery because I needed my gift within a week. After a few days I noticed the progress report still said my order was still being processed. I emailed and called and was told it should have been sent out already and they would check, I then got a call back to say the newspaper wasnt available so my order was on hold. They offered me an alternative newspaper and I agreed to compromise. They told me that my order delivery date would be delayed due to this set back. I asked if i could pay more for a courier regarldless of the fact it was their mistake and they said no. I was promised a call back to let me know when my order would arrive and I heard nothing. I called the next morning and was told they would call me back to confirm if it had gone out or if they could do anything for me. I heard nothing. I called them back and they told me they couldn't get my order done so they would refund my money. No concern about the fact I paid over £80 for a gift I was expecting to recieve way within a week, as per their website information. I have had the worst experience ever!!! I am now left with no gift for a very important ocassion and I received no apology for the treatment received. I am still waiting for my refund and a call back from a manager. Very very upset.
