Disgraceful customer service !! Just not interested in helping solve the complaint, all you receive is the same automated message basically telling you there is nothing they can do !!! I had been a loyal customer for many many years and spent a lot of money, and they were happy to loose my custom all for he sake of £10 .. after 10 unsuccessful E.Mails I asked the question ! is it not reasonable to accept that on the odd occasion it could be an error on your system and not the fault of the customer ???? Guess what ! Sorry on this occasion we can't help you !! If a customer service Manager had contacted me like I had requested it would have been appreciated!! but no just another can't help message !!! Maybe now a Manager would like to read the messages !! It wasn't even about the £10 in the end it was the principle of continuous, it's not our fault !! REALLY .........
