The driver didn't answer my calls, the customer service was so slow and barely had any help, I had a flight next day and although explained this to them they didn't do anything for me and I had to wait a whole day and then no result.
I asked for my refund and it's impossible to get one, they keep telling me I accepted the user agreement.
So although I went to extreme stress the whole day and waited for their customer service help and didn't get anything, they just refuse to give me my money back.
