I booked a VIP airport transfer service for travel on November 21st and December 4th. The resulting experience was appalling, causing significant stress and a complete failure to deliver the service, despite taking my full payment (£101.91). Faulty Booking Process: The initial date error in the booking was due to a problem with the company's website, which experienced loading issues and flashed up with the incorrect date upon processing. No booking confirmation or proof of purchase was ever received via email. Communication Failure: I contacted the company on November 17th to correct the date error (scheduled for Nov 20th instead of Nov 21st) via Live Chat. They did not respond to this essential correction. Failed Transfer & Exploitation: After a grueling 19-hour flight, I arrived to find the transfer was not present. When I finally reached them to correct the date to November 21st, they attempted to capitalize on my stranded situation by demanding I pay double the original amount to secure the transfer. Downgrade Attempt: Not only did they try to double the fee, but they also offered a cheap taxi as a replacement for the supposed VIP vehicle I had originally ordered and paid for. The transfer on November 21st never took place. Unrefunded Service: The return transfer on December 4th also failed to occur. The company is now actively refusing to issue a refund for the service they completely failed to provide on both legs. This company is unreliable. They failed to honour their contract, they are responsible for the initial booking error due to a faulty website, they failed to provide basic documentation (confirmation/receipt), and exhibited predatory behaviour by attempting to charge double and downgrade the service when I was stranded. They owe me £101.91 for services paid for but never received. If you need reliable, stress-free transportation, DO NOT rely on this provider.

AVOID. This company scams their drivers. I was not picked up from a delayed flight because the driver said he had not been paid since July. I requested a refund from get transfer who said I will not receive compensation because I didn’t opt in for cancellation insurance. Disgraceful on both fronts.

Paid $275 for an airport transfer in Mazatlan for 9 but they never showed up. Get transfer response was "it's not our fault, we are just an intermediary between you and the driver". Their only solution was that we are on our own to find transportation and they would give us a credit for future rides or a refund in a month or so (still waiting 26 days later). It was a terrible start to a family vacation thanks to gettransfer.

Terrible service. I booked a transfer and spent a lot of time deciding on a driver and chatting to them. For some reason they could no longer do the transfer and GetTransfer just assigned me a new driver whom I never spoke to. I am scared about travelling to the Mexican border with a stranger and hence asked for a refund since the transfer I booked could not go ahead. I received several replies that sounded like a Bot all telling me 'sorry, cut you can't get a refund'. It wasn't me who decided to cancel - I can't get the ride I booked and just want my money back at this stage.

Avoid GetTransfer at all costs! I booked a driver with a high star rating, but he never showed up, nearly causing me to miss my cruise. I requested a refund immediately, but it has been 5 months and I still haven't received it. Their excuse is that they have "problems processing refunds." This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I will never use this service again.

I've booked a ride, I paid and they couldn't find a driver for my ride. I asked for a refund one month ago, and I am still waiting . I've submitted all details about the ride as they requested it and I still waiting. Every time when I contacted them they replied the same that my refund is in progress. Very unsatisfied about the app.

I drove passengers via the gettransfer app from Dubrovnik airport to the yacht marina in Komolac near Dubrovnik . They never paid me for that ride. Every time they have the same excuse that they don't have complete documentation. If they don't have complete documentation, why did they accept that I drive for them? They must have all the documentation about me and my company because I sent all the documents at least 5 times. So it's about thieves and fraudsters.

Absoulte terrible. They are Scammer and never paid to drivers. Do not work for them neither use as a taxi. One way or another way the customers will be responsible if drivers doesnt get paid. Customer needs take a precautions .

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your company’s website functionality. What I thought would be user-friendly became a glitch-filled nightmare. The frequent crashes and unresolved bugs made it exasperating. This has eroded my trust in your digital infrastructure. ⚠️ Warning to drivers – be careful with GetTransfer I want to share my experience as a driver working with GetTransfer so others don’t fall into the same situation. GetTransfer takes money directly from the passengers at the time of booking, and they charge a 30–35% commission right away. Drivers are told that payments for completed trips will arrive after 30 working days — but when that time comes, the company claims there are “technical problems” or other excuses. In my case, they still haven’t paid for more than 15 completed transfers. I’m not the only one — many other drivers have reported the same issue online. It’s very frustrating to see that passengers are charged immediately, but the drivers never receive their payment. This system is unfair and unsustainable. I hope more drivers speak up so this can be stopped.

"They are thieves and a scam company" That is the advice provided to me by a Get Transfer driver partner. Things can go wrong when travelling. With that in mind I accepted and paid for a transfer from Croatia to Albania six weeks in advance of my intended transfer date at the end of September. A few weeks before the transfer date, without explanation, Get Transfer advised me they needed to find a new driver. A new driver would cost an additional Euro 200 on top of the Euro 800 already paid. I paid and a new driver was locked in. Less than two days before the transfer date the new driver cancelled. Get Transfer advised they would find a new driver. With less than 12 hours to go before my transfer time, no driver was secured and I was forced to make alternative arrangements. Both driver partners advised me they had to cancel because Get Transfer was not paying them for services provided. Get Transfer acknowledges that no transfer service was provided but refuses to communicate or refund my money.

This company is an absolute joke, they dont pay partners for over 3 months after the job has been, I'm still waiting for pay, they stop replying to messages and picking up calls, absolute disgrace, I advise other partners to immediately cease any form of business with this company, regrettable experience!!!

I drove passengers for Gettransfer in May. I haven't been reimbursed for the ride yet. I see they offer as rewards to new drivers who want to drive for them. They don't have any more drivers because they don't want to drive for fraudsters
