Absoulte terrible. They are Scammer and never paid to drivers. Do not work for them neither use as a taxi. One way or another way the customers will be responsible if drivers doesnt get paid. Customer needs take a precautions .

⚠️ Warning to drivers – be careful with GetTransfer I want to share my experience as a driver working with GetTransfer so others don’t fall into the same situation. GetTransfer takes money directly from the passengers at the time of booking, and they charge a 30–35% commission right away. Drivers are told that payments for completed trips will arrive after 30 working days — but when that time comes, the company claims there are “technical problems” or other excuses. In my case, they still haven’t paid for more than 15 completed transfers. I’m not the only one — many other drivers have reported the same issue online. It’s very frustrating to see that passengers are charged immediately, but the drivers never receive their payment. This system is unfair and unsustainable. I hope more drivers speak up so this can be stopped.

"They are thieves and a scam company" That is the advice provided to me by a Get Transfer driver partner. Things can go wrong when travelling. With that in mind I accepted and paid for a transfer from Croatia to Albania six weeks in advance of my intended transfer date at the end of September. A few weeks before the transfer date, without explanation, Get Transfer advised me they needed to find a new driver. A new driver would cost an additional Euro 200 on top of the Euro 800 already paid. I paid and a new driver was locked in. Less than two days before the transfer date the new driver cancelled. Get Transfer advised they would find a new driver. With less than 12 hours to go before my transfer time, no driver was secured and I was forced to make alternative arrangements. Both driver partners advised me they had to cancel because Get Transfer was not paying them for services provided. Get Transfer acknowledges that no transfer service was provided but refuses to communicate or refund my money.

This company is an absolute joke, they dont pay partners for over 3 months after the job has been, I'm still waiting for pay, they stop replying to messages and picking up calls, absolute disgrace, I advise other partners to immediately cease any form of business with this company, regrettable experience!!!

I drove passengers for Gettransfer in May. I haven't been reimbursed for the ride yet. I see they offer as rewards to new drivers who want to drive for them. They don't have any more drivers because they don't want to drive for fraudsters

Warning: Ongoing Payment Issues – Extremely Unreliable I’m a verified driver working with GetTransfer, and I feel it’s important to publicly share my experience. Over the past months, I have completed multiple transfers through the platform — some with high value and long-distance routes. Despite the agreement stating that payments are to be made within 30 working days + 3, I am still missing a large part of the money owed for my completed work. What’s worse: They only send small payments (around €60–€100) at random intervals Payments only come when I message or pressure them There is no full payout, no statement, and no transparency Their platform shows all my rides as “completed,” but they have not honored their own terms or paid me fully — this is absolutely unacceptable and feels like they are intentionally delaying or withholding payments. Despite multiple emails, screenshots, and even client confirmations, they continue to avoid fulfilling their financial obligations. At this point, I’ve involved my legal representative and submitted formal documentation showing: Unpaid invoices Timeline of payment breaches Bank records confirming incomplete transfers 🚫 I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before working with this platform. If you’re a driver, think twice before accepting work through GetTransfer. If you’re a customer, understand that the people delivering your transfers might not be paid for their work. This is not just a delay — it’s a pattern of dishonest and unethical behavior. The driver canceled our ride, Gettransfer gave us no help, we remained in koo airport for two hours before we could get a taxi. It happened 45 days ago. Gettransfer has answered twice that the refund was in process and then, 10 days ago, they wrote that they encounter problems with bank payments. That's unbelievable! They owe me more than 50€, but apparently they don't want to give them to me. I will never use Gettransfer again and I warn you that, if you prepay a transfer with Gettransfer, you cannot be sure that you will get it, and no refund!!!! Be careful!!

Bad experience with this company and cannot recommend. Paid for transfer on app however flight was delayed so paid for a transfer that I didn’t receive. Also, driver messaged beforehand wanting to meet me away from arranged transfer location. Very suspicious. No support from GetTransfer.com whatsoever despite emailing them. There must be more reputable companies than these. Use with extreme caution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. I paid for a round trip transportation from the airport to downtown Chicago. On the day I was to be picked up at the airport the driver was over an hour late. I decided to take a cab because I didn't know if he was going to show up. The next day I confirmed with the same driver that he was going to pick us up and take us to the airport and he said he would pick us up. A couple hours before the scheduled pick up time he texted and said he couldn't pick us up and we needed to find another driver. At this point not trusting GetTransfer and not wanting to miss my plane I used an Uber to get to the airport. When I asked GetTransfer for a refund they told me they dont do refunds and that I had to get the money back from the driver. Of course the driver who flaked out on us will not return my texts or calls so I am out $200. Below is GetTransfers response: I am sorry to inform you the driver cancelled the return ride #21505899. We would like to remind you that GetTransfer is a marketplace (ISS, Information Society Service). When you book a trip, you enter into a direct contract with the selected carrier. Our service merely facilitates the exchange of information between you and the carrier, who is fully responsible for meeting the terms of the trip after payment. We are sincerely sorry to learn that the carrier you selected did not fulfill the obligations specified in your booking and breached the contract. We recommend that you pay close attention to drivers’ ratings and the number of completed trips when making your selection. After using this application for years, I recently encountered a disappointing situation when I needed to amend a reservation but had not selected the FLEX option. A few hours after booking an airport transfer in Italy, I noticed the pickup time at the airport was incorrect. I attempted to contact the assigned driver directly, who asked me for an additional amount without any justification of the charge (x amount for more than 60' delay, for example), for a service already paid for! At the same time, customer support was unreachable—no hotline was available, and responses via email were significantly delayed. This left me questioning the application's/ website's value, as contacting a driver independently was more straightforward. Ultimately, I had to cancel the reservation, received no refund, and felt unsupported. After reading about similar experiences online, I realize this may be a recurring issue. I would suggest that others exercise caution when considering this service.

ESTAFA. NO CONTRATAR. No recomiendo contratar con esta empresa. Me anularon el mismo día que necesitaba el servicio. A cambio me ofrecían lo mismo por cuatro veces el precio inicial. Les dije que no lo aceptaba y que me hicieran el reembolso. 15 días después aún no me han devuelto nada, pese a mis requerimientos.

Driver in Destin Fl. was not at airport holding sign as contracted. When I tried to text him I got no reply. When I called him I got a person that could only say yea yea yea, could not tell me where he was, or answer any questions. I had to find other transportation. Gettransfers.com has been investigating for a week and still no refund. I should never have paid in advance.

Driver left us stranded at the airport. I phoned him and he said that he did not have a booking at that time, and I should get a taxi. I emailed Gettransfer several times. A month later they apologised and said a refund had been issued but no payment was received and they don't reply to emails. AVOID!!!

My trip was canceled by the conductor while I was on the flight. I received an email with a new offer, which I obviously didn't respond to right away because I was on the plane. When I saw that the conductor hadn't arrived and went to read the messages, I saw the offer, which they said was no longer valid because too much time had passed (about 1 hour). It's been two months, and I still haven't received the €112.8 refund. They're not serious! In fact, they're dishonest!

I booked transportation well in advance and paid 180 euros upfront. Not only did the original driver cancel at the last minute, but they replaced the vehicle with an older, smaller, and clearly subpar car—nowhere near what I paid for. Then, to make things worse, my flight was cancelled due to escalating regional tensions in the Middle East—something completely out of my control. I immediately contacted their support team, provided official proof from the airline, and asked for either a refund or rescheduling. Their response? A cold, robotic “non-refundable” policy with zero empathy or flexibility. So now I’m out 180 euros for a service I never received, thanks to their lack of professionalism and basic decency
