Scam company. Booked and paid for a long distance airport transfer from Finland to Sweden. My card was charged, then the company canceled the service and refused to refund my money. GetScamfer tried to extort more money out of me for a different ride I did not want and did not agree to. Charge is in fraud dispute with my credit card company.

I am a driver working with GetTransfer and I have not received my earned payments despite the promised payment dates. The payment for the December 28–30 period was clearly scheduled for February 10, but as of today, it is still unpaid and my support messages remain unanswered. I hope this issue will be resolved professionally and the overdue payment will be completed immediately. I will update this review once the payment is received.

I made a reservation but realized within a minute that I had entered the wrong time and cancelled it. Neither during the reservation process nor during the cancellation was there a clause stating that the reservation could not be cancelled. When I contacted customer service for a refund, it said the fee was non-refundable. It's unacceptable that they would withhold my money for a cancellation made within a minute!!! It's truly strange that such large companies would stop to such petty theft… I will pursue my rights through every possible channel and will never use this app again. Please look at the picture, Where is writing that the price is non refundable can somebody show me please?

Absolut unverantwortlich und unzuverlässig! Ich habe über gettransfer.com eine Fahrt vom Flughafen Amman zum Toten Meer gebucht, doch die Erfahrung war eine Enttäuschung. Zuerst musste ich eine Stunde warten. Anstatt informiert zu werden, musste ich den Fahrer selbst kontaktieren, nur um zu erfahren, dass meine Bestellung angeblich storniert sei. Kurz darauf hieß es dann doch, dass in 10 Minuten jemand käme. Tatsächlich erschien ein Fahrer, allerdings stellte sich heraus, dass dieser uns nur nach Amman-Stadt brachte. Dort mussten wir in ein anderes Fahrzeug umsteigen – genau in das Auto des Fahrers, der uns eigentlich direkt am Flughafen hätte abholen sollen. Durch diesen unnötigen Umweg über die Stadt haben wir im dichten Verkehr massiv Zeit verloren. Insgesamt haben wir eine Stunde am Flughafen gewartet und eine weitere halbe Stunde durch den Umweg verloren. Das Unternehmen ist absolut unzuverlässig. Man stelle sich vor, man hätte einen Rückflug zu erreichen – das Flugzeug wartet sicher nicht auf die Fahrer von gettransfer.com! Eine Frechheit, nie wieder!

Booked a car through this company to pick us up from Laem Chabang cruise port in Thailand and take us on a time sensitive dream trip to an elephant sanctuary. Did so in order to avoid being ripped off by local taxi drivers and the price, at around £130 return, certainly wasn’t cheap but worth it for certainty.. and the reviews I had read looked ok (obviously didn’t research hard enough!) The evening before the booking, our ship captain announced we’d be anchoring slightly south of the port at sea and would travel in by tenders. I immediately informed our driver of this and gave him the new location for pick up, which was actually on the route south to the elephant sanctuary and so shouldn’t have been an issue. He acknowledged this and agreed the new pick up point. Being diligent, the following morning I double checked with the driver that he was still ok and in the right place for the pick up… cue problem! He claimed to be surprised at the change of location, despite me referring him back to our mutual WhatsApp conversation the evening before, said his driver (I had been led to believe HE was the driver!) was heading for the original port location, and that if I wanted to change the pick up he would seem the original booking cancelled by me - and would be keeping the £130 already paid! To add insult, he then (no doubt sending out desperation) demanded a further payment - even higher than the first (around £150) in order to complete our booking! This he wanted paid in cash to the driver (no doubt to be pocketed by him without the knowledge of GetTransfer!) Having politely declined his offer, we duly landed and found a local taxi driver who took us, at a fraction of the price quoted by GT, to the elephant sanctuary, arriving in the nick of time. To cap it all off, the original GT ‘driver’ had the gall to send me a picture of his guy, who was in the wrong place for our scheduled pick up, holding a card saying our name with the words ‘no show’ on it!! Despite providing all the evidence from our WhatsApp conversation that the new pick up point with the driver had been acknowledged and agreed, along with the attempts at what can only be called extortion, GT has so far been ‘investigating’ our case for almost two months. What a joke! I have now filed a case through my credit card company and received the money for our original booking back through them. Stay away from this company… they are clearly employing local drivers around the world who they don’t really have a handle on and little or no control over, who are trying to extort money from unsuspecting customers- even if, indeed, they can be bothered to turn up in the right place at all!

I booked a transfer with GetTransfer.com from Banská Bystrica, Slovakia to Vienna Schwechat Airport on 29/12/2025. Around 5 minutes after booking, I called the driver to confirm pickup details, but the driver told me to cancel the ride. I paid €212.50 and I am still struggling to get my money back. This is extremely frustrating because the cancellation was requested by the driver shortly after the booking, yet the refund process has not been handled properly and my emails are now being ignored. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend GetTransfer.com. If a driver asks a customer to cancel minutes after booking, the refund should be immediate and automatic.

Una muy mala experiencia, esta compañía nos dejó tirados en el aeropuerto de Newark sin ninguna solución ni alternativa posible después de planificar el viaje con tiempo y todavía no nos han devuelto el dinero. Definitivamente no los recomiendo.

I am a transportation partner with GetTransfer. As of now, there is an outstanding balance of $3,273.15, representing three months of unpaid payments, with only a partial payment of $348.81 received. I have contacted the finance department multiple times and sent a formal final notice with a payment deadline of December 26, but the matter remains unresolved. Despite this, I continue to honor scheduled rides in good faith. I am requesting prompt payment and clear communication to resolve this issue.

I booked a VIP airport transfer service for travel on November 21st and December 4th. The resulting experience was appalling, causing significant stress and a complete failure to deliver the service, despite taking my full payment (£101.91). Faulty Booking Process: The initial date error in the booking was due to a problem with the company's website, which experienced loading issues and flashed up with the incorrect date upon processing. No booking confirmation or proof of purchase was ever received via email. Communication Failure: I contacted the company on November 17th to correct the date error (scheduled for Nov 20th instead of Nov 21st) via Live Chat. They did not respond to this essential correction. Failed Transfer & Exploitation: After a grueling 19-hour flight, I arrived to find the transfer was not present. When I finally reached them to correct the date to November 21st, they attempted to capitalize on my stranded situation by demanding I pay double the original amount to secure the transfer. Downgrade Attempt: Not only did they try to double the fee, but they also offered a cheap taxi as a replacement for the supposed VIP vehicle I had originally ordered and paid for. The transfer on November 21st never took place. Unrefunded Service: The return transfer on December 4th also failed to occur. The company is now actively refusing to issue a refund for the service they completely failed to provide on both legs. This company is unreliable. They failed to honour their contract, they are responsible for the initial booking error due to a faulty website, they failed to provide basic documentation (confirmation/receipt), and exhibited predatory behaviour by attempting to charge double and downgrade the service when I was stranded. They owe me £101.91 for services paid for but never received. If you need reliable, stress-free transportation, DO NOT rely on this provider.

AVOID. This company scams their drivers. I was not picked up from a delayed flight because the driver said he had not been paid since July. I requested a refund from get transfer who said I will not receive compensation because I didn’t opt in for cancellation insurance. Disgraceful on both fronts.

Paid $275 for an airport transfer in Mazatlan for 9 but they never showed up. Get transfer response was "it's not our fault, we are just an intermediary between you and the driver". Their only solution was that we are on our own to find transportation and they would give us a credit for future rides or a refund in a month or so (still waiting 26 days later). It was a terrible start to a family vacation thanks to gettransfer.

Terrible service. I booked a transfer and spent a lot of time deciding on a driver and chatting to them. For some reason they could no longer do the transfer and GetTransfer just assigned me a new driver whom I never spoke to. I am scared about travelling to the Mexican border with a stranger and hence asked for a refund since the transfer I booked could not go ahead. I received several replies that sounded like a Bot all telling me 'sorry, cut you can't get a refund'. It wasn't me who decided to cancel - I can't get the ride I booked and just want my money back at this stage.

Avoid GetTransfer at all costs! I booked a driver with a high star rating, but he never showed up, nearly causing me to miss my cruise. I requested a refund immediately, but it has been 5 months and I still haven't received it. Their excuse is that they have "problems processing refunds." This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I will never use this service again.

I've booked a ride, I paid and they couldn't find a driver for my ride. I asked for a refund one month ago, and I am still waiting . I've submitted all details about the ride as they requested it and I still waiting. Every time when I contacted them they replied the same that my refund is in progress. Very unsatisfied about the app.

I drove passengers via the gettransfer app from Dubrovnik airport to the yacht marina in Komolac near Dubrovnik . They never paid me for that ride. Every time they have the same excuse that they don't have complete documentation. If they don't have complete documentation, why did they accept that I drive for them? They must have all the documentation about me and my company because I sent all the documents at least 5 times. So it's about thieves and fraudsters.
