We ordered a car 3 weeks ago and they sent us today (the day it was booked) that they will need us to pay more because the driver cancelled. Which is not our fault at all, but instead of compensating us we were asked to pay more?! I also asked then for the receipt of the refund so i can track it but they are not replying at all. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Thieves. They don't pay drivers (i'm one of them) - so be prepared you'll be left alone at the airport, just like a small revenge. And you'll get no refund. I'm very surprised they are functioning for several years already and not arested. Somebody please stop them! I wish them burn in hell.

Sorry, they are a scam company. Take the money, changed the drivers details and on arrival at airport they did not show up. Tried repeatedly to contact latest driver who did not answer their phone. Contacted support centre who stated they would look into and come back to me. They didn't. Afterwards they did not answer any calls from myself or travelling partners. I emailed them and after 24hrs got a response that looks a text-book template response, stating apologies and they had instigated a refund. I emailed again asking for them to show they had undertaken this, but off course the trail goes cold and no response received. Regretting not undertaking more thorough reviews of this company. It seems you take a chance booking with these and personally there are far more reliable companies out their who would provide a honest service. Please dont take a chance on this company despite so many favourable reviews below.

It's a scam and a rip off! We booked a driver a month ahead for miami airport pickup to naples florida, it's a two hour drive. GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer accepted the job and was paid. When we arrived he was not in the airport and I could not contact him. We booked another car, paid again and got to our destination. The next day I got a text from GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer saying he only had to wait for "a while" and that he did not have to tell me he was leaving the airport and stranding us. He also text me saying that GET TRANSFER were perfectly happy with this arrangement. We did NOT establish a waiting time. I tried to contact him as soon as we arrived both by text and direct call, no answer. The driver was booked for a TWO HOUR drive but claimed he had to leave because he had another scheduled trip. I think GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer took my money, arrived at the airport picked up another client at the arrivals gate and therefore got a second fare. We entered into a contract with GET TRANSFER and GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer my money was taken and the contract was not completed. I have emailed GET TRANSFER 6 times and been told they need my reservation number (sent twice) . There is just enough contact to keep you thinking something will be resolved, but so far I have not had my money returned! Do not book with this company SCAM.

On the 1st of March I had arrived to Madrid as a solo traveler. Before my departure from my home country to Madrid, I had booked and paid for a taxi and made sure it was accepted and everything. Gave all my details including my flight number, what terminal I would arrive at as well as time. When I arrived I messaged and called my driver several times and even attempted to speak Spanish, and to my surprise not a single response was given. On the GetTransfer App it showed that the ride was complete when I was still at the airport waiting. After an hour of trying to make sense of the situation I gave up. On the same day, I emailed the company describing my situation and after a couple days (with me sending reminders) I finally received a response saying that I will be refunded the money within 30 days guaranteed, depending on my bank. Well 30 days and more pass and I still didn't receive my refund. I emailed several other emails with new threads and to no surprise I received not even one response nor feedback what so ever. After some time pass, I finally received a response from "the manager" where she asks me the same questions as my first encounter. At this point I was getting fed up with waiting so I emailed the person immediately when I received their email. Apparently it takes a full day for a "manager" to do a decision on a refund that was already promised and guaranteed to me beforehand. However, when they responded, the rude response stated that I will receive my refund on a scheduled date. This meant I had to wait another 20 days to receive it. Guess what happened ? THAT'S RIGHT ! I didn't receive my refund on the initial date this person stated .... I received it another 3 days late, and when I kept emailing them, they just stopped responding altogether. Anyways, after almost 2 months passing, I finally received my refund. In spite all of this, the point is, if you promise your customers they will get their refund withing the 30 days, schedule it within those 30 days. And when the customer gets tired and is emailing you clearly being desperate and angry, respond and don't make the situation worse. If you are not capable of handling customer complaints, for Christ sake do not get into customer care service and especially not become the damn manager !!

Hi there, Client We're really sorry to hear things didn't go to plan and we'll do all we can to make it right. Every booking includes 60 minutes free waiting time. After that the driver may have to leave for the next booking. Once again, we sincerely apologize for not meeting our usual high standards.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Don't trust this company!! Avoid this, don't buy anything from them! They charge customers less than what the driver wanted. They don't pay the money to the drivers.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Don't trust this company!! Avoid this, don't buy anything from them! They charge customers less than what the driver wanted. They don't pay the money to the drivers. We have only driven 2 rides in December (thankfully), but they have not been paid. We don't drive any more and we recommend that you don't drive or buy a ride from them either. Always order your transport directly from a local company! GetTransfer is a SCAM!!!!

This is a scam company, famous for not paying their subcontractors. Of course there will be a lot of stranded people, when they don't pay. I can personally say, it's been more than seven months and still no payments, only promises. Avoid, for there is no guarantee, if somebody will meet you.

GetTransfer has ZERO interest or concern for its customers. It has THREE TIMES abandoned me leaving me with no ride and offered nothing other than an opportunity to pay more than DOUBLE the original cost or get a refund and go figure out a way for me to solve the problems without any help from them what-so-ever. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, incompetent and could not possibly care any less about their customers. If you plan on using GetTransfer in the future, be prepared to spend a lot more money than you originally expect and to scramble to find solutions on your own when their drivers inevitably do not show. They are unprofessional and uncaring and I would recommend finding another service that stands behind its drivers and its service. GetTransfer clearly does not."

Company is fraud . I am another person who was harmed in paying for several services I provided. Since February 2024 I still haven't received 1 euro. They owe me €3700. They associated themselves with another Payoneer fraud. Basically a plot, to deceive those who work and dedicate themselves honestly. A frustration that will have its consequences. Let's move forward with litigation. This company receives payment from customers, but does not pay partners/drivers. I will disclose this fraud to partners and customers.

Desastre. Teníamos contratado transporte para diez personas ida y vuelta de aeropuerto De Santiago de Compostela A Coruña. Lo cancelaron el día antes. Tuvimos que buscar otra empresa y volver a pagar . Esto fue hace un mes día 9 de febrero 2024. Aún hoy esperando el reintegro del importe pagado. Nos dan largas.

"I don't recommend them. Real thieves. They don't pay money. They haven't returned my hard-earned money for over a year. All they say in response to my messages is that they are very sorry and will pay, but it has been more than a year. The worst part is that you spend money on gas to take their client, they take all the money, and don't pay you anything. Real thieves."

Avoid like the plague! Booked a transport, for what I though was a very good deal. Next day I got the following message: “I am writing to you to inform you that the current carrier will not be able to perform your ride 16547440. This behaviour of the driver is inappropriate and we will take serious measures to him.


We would like to inform you that we can offer Hyundai Kona, 2023 - LT23 UPS for you but the price is higher. We will cover some difference in prices, but still, there is an amount to be paid extra. Do you agree to pay extra 47 £?” I paid the extra £47, only to be told later that they actually had to find another driver: “We will inform you about a replacement shortly.” Was told over the phone that it will take 24 hours. None was provided so I called in and asked for a refund and how much will they refund, they said the full amount, about £152. So I cancelled the transfer and asked for a refund and I was told the following: “2) We can launch a refund of the payment made to your bank account. Please, notice that it may take up to 30 business days.” When asked for a refund and the total amount refunded, they emailed the following: “You will get refund 136£” So they made about £15 profit for a service that they cancelled. That’s misleading and a scam. I would avoid like the plague!!! Now they aren’t even answering my phone calls

The driver never showed up. They claimed they made a refund of my money, but I didn’t get anything. They would not even give me the receipt to show me the refund was made. SCAM

They do not pay the drivers that suport/work for them in the several countries and they do not refund there clients when they say they do. Everyone can see from the several reviews on the internet that they are a Scam website to take money from drivers and clients. Avoid working with them and there website. They are a fraud.

This company is just one big con. NEVER USE THEM. I made the mistake of using them to book a transfer from Kiruna airport in Northern Sweden to Sirkka in Finland. They quoted £658 for the 3.5 hour ride. It was the only way we could get to Finland due to Finnish Industrial action. The pilot aborted the landing and returned the plane to Arlanda Stockholm due to the dangerous winds and storm. The driver spoke to Ken directly and said he was sorry that we couldn't land and he wanted to refund the fare get transfer refused to refund and have refused to pay the driver too. The kept the whole fare! They are thieves.

Disappointing Experience with Get Transfer Recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Get Transfer. Despite their assurance and taking 100% advance payment, the service was a complete letdown. Our group of over 30 people was left stranded at the airport due to the no-show of the assigned driver. This absence of professionalism and reliability was not just inconvenient but also costly. The scheduled pickup was supposed to streamline our transportation needs, but it turned into a six-hour wait, filled with uncertainty and frustration. No explanation or communication was provided from the company's end, which added to the distress. Eventually, we were compelled to rent cars, incurring additional, unplanned expenses. What was expected to be a smooth and efficient transportation service ended up being a lesson in poor customer service and mismanagement. The lack of accountability from Get Transfer is concerning, and I strongly advise potential customers to consider other more reliable options. This experience has definitely impacted my trust in the company, and I hope they take necessary steps to improve their service and communication strategies in the future.
