We booked a transfer from Bali airport to our hotel. Unfortunately our first flight was delayed, so we missed our connecting flight. I E mailed as soon as we knew we were going to be delayed. I had 2 managers come back to me, saying they would connect the driver. The driver never came back to them saying he will collect us later. I then asked for a refund, they said the booking was non refundable. I would advise you to not book with them. Book via your hotel, it might be slightly more. But they will definitely be more flexible.

This company is a total scam. I cancelled my airport transfer weeks in advance and they did not refund my money. There's no way to contact these people. They literally stole $181 dollars from me.

SCAM. Booked rides in Mallorca, Spain but given contact information in Austria. Immediately got suspicious and started conversation with customer support to cancel and refund. They cancelled by ride and refuse to give me a refund. Am not disputing through credit card company.

GetTransfer changed my booking 3 times because they did not have the transportation I have asked for and after the 3rd change you have assigned to me a driver that did not answer any of my various messages through your application and the same driver did not answer your messages either. I had the choice to miss my plane or wait for a ghost driver that never answer to my messages. As I was left in the limbo I took an Uber and Gettransfer charged me 200 GBP !!! I have all the evidences of this poor handling. I raised a complain that they would investigate but of course I had to chase. Please never use this compny

They don't pay their drivers. Avoid them. They use drivers’ service, fuel, time, they get the passengers money but drivers remain unpaid for months

Please avoid this company, they hire transport companies and do not pay them. This is illegal and disgusting business practice. Bunch of Russian scammers behind the computer screens robbing genuine companies. Please book directly with smaller service providers not through these criminals.

Fraud! Against to every European law, they don't refund in case of cancellation. I booked for a group of students. One of them in a wheelchair that cannot be folded. Afterwards I was informed by her mother that this travel option is very dangerous for her and I had to book an ambulance like car, which has been a solution far more expensive for our group. I explained the situation at the company. They said that they will just credit my personal. The cancellation has been for a very important reason and, as a school, we need the money now for the trip. A future new trip is not in our plans as the school year is near to end. Show less

DO NOT use this company. Scammers!! Website say’s fully refundable but if you cancel they will not return payment. They only credit a holding account. Reviews are terrible! You will never see your money again. Avoid at all cost!!

They don't pay the drivers and make their money off their backs. if you look for the same drivers on the internet they cost at least 15 percent less since they force you to choose the 19.5% bracket because they haven't paid since December. The drivers are always nice but the company behind them are scammers

I have worked for a month with Get Transfer and I had to receive my money at the end of December. On the 30th of December I received an email which said I will get my money at the end of March. So today 30th of March I received another email which says I will receive my money by the end of July. These people are real scams , they are ripping off their collaborators.

Disgraceful service! Paid a fortune for Geneva to Chamonix. Driver turned up and hour late in a small vehicle, not the one booked. Dangerous and uncomfortable journey with an incompetent driver who almost ran out of petrol if I hadn’t interfered. No refund for our return journey and no compensation. Appalling!

Terrible service. I changed the date with the driver to which he replied then didn’t turn up on the day and kept the £261. Tried to speak with get transfer customer service who would not take any responsibility or help in any way. I would not recommend anyone to use this company!

Company is bankrupt and commits insolvency fraud! Don't book with them if you don't want to lose your money! We are working for them as a local supplier and haven't received any money for completed trips since OCTOBER. They promised payment for the beginning of February, then changed it to mid of March and announced yesterday that there won't be any payments before the end of June. They still take bookings from customers but are not able to pay their suppliers for already completed jobs. THIS IS INSOLVENCY FRAUD and should be prosecuted!!! BE AWARE that there may not be a driver waiting for you on your booked ride, as he/she was also scammed by Get Transfer and did not receive any money. And as you can read in the previous reviews, Get Transfer does not refund YOU either.

Totally fake company i didn't get my money back they playing with people 1 month and 3 months games also all reception people not from uk request to people don't go with them who is giving good reviews thats people they hired . Totally scammer and fraud

AVOID IT. AVOID IT. AVOID IT. everything is wrong with this app and their useless customer service. I booked a transfer for the airport, I payed 50 bucks and got it confirmed. I called the hotline the evening before just to double check and guess what, when I woke up the transfer was cancelled with no notification at all. Not an email, not a notification, nothing. Almost missed my flight because of their service. And WORST OF ALL, I got a refund on my balance on their app, and it looks like I'm not able to transfer them to my bank account. I just got 50bucks stuck on their freakin useless app. This service is totally a scam. BEWARE AND NEVER TRUST THEM.

They were terrible. I used in Panama City Panama. After calling the local office and also speaking to the driver direct they did not show up. The driver told me that the security guard into the terminal would not let him in. We were forced to call Uber who showed up just in time for us to make our flight. After the fact I have been trying to get my money back but they are liars. They believe these vendors who are lying about the situation and resume to give me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BOOKING NUMBER 13606461

🚨🚨🚨This company is not RELIABLE. I reserved a round trip for January 2 -7 2023 between JFK and a hotel in Times Square. It cost me $334.02. The first trip went without a problem. For the 2nd trip, the night before I confirmed it, because it was going to be at 1am and I wanted to be relax. At the time indicated the driver didn't showed up. I contact GetTransfer through Telegram and he/she tried to contact the driver but didn't have response. He / She wrote "Please apply to our email address: info@gettransfer.com describing your negative experience, our e-mail specialists will provide you with further instructions regarding the payment you did. In this situation, we can offer you to start searching for local transport. We do sorry for the inconvenience you have to face." At 1:30am I had to contact UBER and in 3 mins I had a vehicle to takes us to JFK. I wrote GetTransfer for the refund of $167.01 of that 2nd trip and they don't want to refund my money. They want to keep it in the account I have with them for a future trip, but I don't want to travel again with them. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!! They now says that their User's Agreement establishes that the balance will be returned to their account. Also there are messages from drivers who allege they are not paid for their services. 🚨🚨🚨

I booked a transfer service from gettransfer.com paid the sum of € 261 return. On the day of arrival at the airport we immediately called the transfer as indicated on the voucher. the plane arrived on time and we called the driver 30 minutes after landing. No one answered. So we called the Gettransfer customer service, but no one answered. We sent a WhatsApp message to Gettransfer helpdesk and after 10 minutes they said they would get in touch with the driver. after another 5 minutes they send me the driver's phone number. We call the driver and he doesn't answer. We text the driver and he tells us it's late and we missed the appointment. We explained to him that we were at the airport 30 minutes early and that he or his company did not answer the phone. The driver hung up the phone and never spoke to us again. We called Get transfer asking about it and they said they would look into it. at this point we had to pay for a new transfer from the airport to our destination for € 160. on returning home we asked gettransfer for a refund. after 1 month they still tell us that they are investigating. We explained that there is nothing to investigate. We have screen shots of the messages sent to the id bus company and a get trransfer and it is clear that both the bus company and get trransfer did not answer the phone and that the passengers were at the airport on time. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR REFUND. I don't understand how a company as big as get transfer makes use of the collaboration of NON-PROFESSIONAL transport companies. Gettransfer itself proves to be unprofessional and so far both she and the bus company have taken my money and will not give it back to me.

I worked for this company from end of Jan 23 to middle of Feb 23, the terms of payment was 30 days. They have now changed this to 120 days. This suggests they do not have the funds to pay their creditors. Their review rating is also very low. I would personally be very wary of using this company. All appears fine if the driver (like myself) arrives the problems start when you require a refund. They owe me £1150 and worked hard to earn this money , looking at the reviews this money will not be received anytime soon. Please , please beware.
