Gettransfer is not transparent and honest with their cancellation policy. As the previous reviews stated - "refund" is "holding" of our money in their account !!!! I reside in Australia and have no plans to travel in the near future and do not want a credit for possible use. I would never recommend this company as they are not credible in their dealings. Their customer service is non-existent and the company should be reported to for misrepresenting the fact of their cancellation policy. The HELP for future customers - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

GetTransfer are an intermediary booming platform. Booked a transfer and paid. 6 hours later the actual driver called to tell me he had problems being paid by GetTransfer and so would not be providing the service through them. Contacted GetTransfer who asked for more money to provide a lesser service by an alternative driver. I declined and requested a refund. GetTransfer refused, stated they would only offer a credit note and cited the current COVID pandemic as the reason for this contravention of consumer rights. My advice - don’t use them.

DO NOT USE IT. I cancelled my transport well in advance (many more days in advance that 48 h) and before the pandemic was declared. First email I sent they reply that reimbursement will be done between 7-30 days. As this period has passed now they say that I have to wait until the pandemic passes (who knows what their intention is). I think we should organise and see what type of actions we should start, this simply is not acceptable.

In the current global epidemiological and economic situation refund periods regarding prepaid trips are becoming hardly predictable. We are doing our best to resolve the situation as fast as possible. Meanwhile, as an alternative solution you were offered to preserve the payment within our website with a 10% increase for future use.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Taking advantage of people dying all over the world. Appalling behaviour you should be ashamed by yourselves. Do the right thing and pay people their money back.

They REFUSE to give a refund where it was due to us. They Changed their terms and conditions AFTER we made our agreement. They did offer a credit but refuse to agree to a refund where their initial T & C’s state’s a full refund. They still refuse to agree to any refund. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING UP FRONT...in fact, NEVER use this company.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars or I would!! My holiday was cancelled 5 months ago and Get Transfer said that I would get a refund, no problem. 5 months later still no refund and all they continuously send me is an updated version of the user agreement which are not the terms I agreed to at the time of booking as I booked before Covid 19 was even an issue. They are an absolute disgraceful company, don’t use them they will rob you, and according to other reviews they don’t even turn up to pick you up anyway. Total scam

Three airlines refunded all international flight costs due to COVID cancellations. Gettransfer.com refused a refund. Never trust them again. Will join in consumer joint action and hope they get the publicity they deserve.

Dishonest, obligation-shirking liars. And that's being polite. Like many others here, I am being refused a refund from this crowd that they are legally obliged to give. I paid £400+ in February for a transfer that was due to take place in March but which had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. I cancelled before the 48 hour 'prior to travelling' period stipulated and GetTransfer confirmed that a refund would be processed. Over the next 2-6 weeks I received nothing and each time I contacted GetTransfer they told me the refund was being processed, sorry for the delay. Then around late April, they changed tack and said they could not process refunds, instead I would get a 'credit' in my account for future use, repeatedly citing point 4.2 of their User Agreement referring to this being the process because of COVID-19. BUT THIS CLAUSE WAS ADDED WELL AFTER MY BOOKING AND TRANSFER DATES. I've referred now to a chargeback on my credit card, GetTransfer's replies are infuriating, repetitive and factually incorrect and EVERY ONE now refers to point 4.2 in the 'after-the-fact' User Agreement. Today they actually said: "In the current context of pandemic and the most difficult world economic agenda, our company has decided to adopt the experience of the world's largest airlines and travel agencies and, therefore, hold the money for a later trip." Please do not give these thieves any more money. Avoid avoid avoid.

As with many who were cheated of their money, I was also promised a refund in 7-30 days on 14Mar but it never materialized. Instead I was told the money is held as credit with 10% bonus. No mention of validity, and the person who wrote the email didn’t bother to put his/her name down for follow up. Worst service ever!!!

As with every other review on this page the customer service is appalling. The are failing miserably in appropriately handling COVID-19 cancellations. Like the others I had a transfer booked from Naples to Positano on 25 April 2020. I cancelled this booking as per the standard cancellation policy that applied at the time on 10 March 2020. On 11 March 2020 I received an email confirming a full refund and payment within 7-11 days. Since then I have been chasing the refund. Each time I’m advised it’s being processed. Today I’m told they are holding the money on credit. This is appalling. They clearly never intended to refund the money. I have used ShuttleDirect for transfers generally and they have fully refunded less an admin fee. GETTRANSFER should be doing the same and particular when confirming a refund is payable. Altering the refund position retrospectively is NOT FAIR.

Appalling service. Cancelled transfer, will not refund. Lied on email - saying they would transfer in 30 days then when I chased they said we would be credited for future transfers. Then stopped responding

Do not book with this company even when you go to cancel according to their cancellation policy due to COVID-19 they are not refunding money and keeping it and giving you a credit I’m sorry but I didn’t want a credit I want my money back. Then when you try to call any other phone numbers you just get disconnected.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a frequent traveller and I would say avoid at all costs. I made a booking and due to my flight being cancelled I had to cancel the transfer. Theor terms and conditions stated that if I cancelled before the 17th I would get a refund. I tried to cancel on the 14th and they tried to keep my my whereas in the end they offered me a voucher. I threatened legal action and that I would contact various bodies. I managed to resolve the issue through my persistence. I would strongly advise against using a company that changes the rules to suit themselves.

Customer service is disgusting. I wish I read the many bad reviews before paying 500 euros. I booked and paid for a transfer, I had to cancel which was okay and told I would receive a refund I. 5-7 days. After several weeks I asked and was told I would not receive a refund. Please don’t use this website.

Gettransfer is a dishonest business. I cancelled my booking and was offered an account credit with a 10% bump in value. I declined and they agreed IN WRITING to refund to my credit card. I waited 3 weeks then contacted them to confirm the refund had been made. That's when they said they're no longer making refunds and i would have to accept an account credit! I understand everyone is under financial pressure but no other company I've dealt with has acted so blatantly in its own interests. Gettransfer does not deserve to survive the pandemic, in fact they're probably already broke and the account credit is worthless. Don't believe their response below that they are doing their best to resolve issues. It's a lie. STAY AWAY from them even when travel starts up again. Gettransfer cannot be trusted to abide by the letter or spirit of the contract. Terrible company run by unscrupulous crooks.

I booked a car and the driver failed to turn up I texted him 4 times and phoned him 3 times he never answered. Then when I wanted a refund I have had to provide screenshots of everything which was not a problem I had all the documentation but still they are not refunding my money. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS NEVER USE THEM AT ALL JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS
