As with every other review on this page the customer service is appalling. The are failing miserably in appropriately handling COVID-19 cancellations. Like the others I had a transfer booked from Naples to Positano on 25 April 2020. I cancelled this booking as per the standard cancellation policy that applied at the time on 10 March 2020. On 11 March 2020 I received an email confirming a full refund and payment within 7-11 days. Since then I have been chasing the refund. Each time I’m advised it’s being processed. Today I’m told they are holding the money on credit. This is appalling. They clearly never intended to refund the money. I have used ShuttleDirect for transfers generally and they have fully refunded less an admin fee. GETTRANSFER should be doing the same and particular when confirming a refund is payable. Altering the refund position retrospectively is NOT FAIR.
