My driver did not show up at the airport, I reported this to GetTransfer but after an initial “we’re looking into it” email, they didn’t get back to me and ignored all my subsequent emails.
I did a chargeback through my bank, and they found in my favour. GetTransfer then reverted the refund I was issued. I got in touch with them to report this, and surprise surprise - they’re ignoring my emails again.
They’re not a professional company, they don’t care about their customers. And whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be fired ASAP.
