“I had a lot of luggage and was worried that the journey would be uncomfortable. But the car turned out to be spacious, and I could easily accommodate all my things. The service takes care of its passengers.”

“I am not happy get transfers have refused to refund my money does anyone know the route to complain this service. Too many people conned its fraud who do I complain to . I live in Ireland”

“I made a booking and cancelled well in advance 14 days prior due to Covid 19 . First they sent me an e mail saying I would be refunded within 30 calender days . I entered in words with them stating my contract with them had been broken according to their cancellation policy and they replied they were under no obligation to refund my money this is illegal and criminal any way a group of us can come together to challenge this non return of money”

“the Driver was late to pick us up, I called and somebody told me that the driver is on the way. 15 min later , he came, tie return pick up was also little late. Other than that it was good. I just booked their services for Rio, and I Hope next time to leave 5 star review”

“Don’t do it, book with someone else!!! We booked and paid for transfer from Naples to Sorrento. Driver never arrived, phoned the company to be told he was at the airport, this was a complete lie. Waited 45 minutes with multiple calls in between. Eventually a replacement driver was arranged who was completely rude. Drove complete erratically for the 90 minute journey,while simultaneously texting. Completely stressful from start to finish! Would not recommend!!!”
