I hope everyone else get to see their poor services, as a driver I can guarantee you that they care less about their passenger once the payment is complete. No reliability at all. Very poor and pathetic customer and carrier service

I get more than 90 e-mails in one day from getrasfer since july. Every day!!! I subribed, whrote mails, asked them to delete me from the database.... we are september now. Still recieving so Manu mails every day. Does anybody know what to do?

Please clarify whether you are a carrier or passenger. In any case you can log in to your account and set off a checkbox "receive notifications by e-mail". This way no automatic e-mails will be sent to you.

Don't even use them because if there is a cancelation or any change in your schedule, you will NOT be refunded. Take an advise from a driver who cooperated with these scum bags

We apologize for the late reply. You can request meeting with a name sign and our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with your name written on a tablet.

As a driver I do NOT recommend you using them at all cost. Try to find a local company where they take your business more seriously. GetTransfer will take your money and if there is any change, they won't even bother calling you, they will send you a junk mail that you might not see and end up stranded at the airport.

Try and use local transport company and avoid get transfer at all cost. The reason why they are an online platform without any direct contact on the ground with their drivers, so of their drivers are not even licensed to carry passengers, so if the driver shows up with no child seat, you and him have to figure it out and don't even bother to have GetTransfer involved because you won't have an answer and you won't be refunded either. Again as a driver my advise is AVOID AT ALL COST
