If I could give zero stars I would. I am a frequent traveller and I would say avoid at all costs. I made a booking and due to my flight being cancelled I had to cancel the transfer. Theor terms and conditions stated that if I cancelled before the 17th I would get a refund. I tried to cancel on the 14th and they tried to keep my my whereas in the end they offered me a voucher. I threatened legal action and that I would contact various bodies. I managed to resolve the issue through my persistence. I would strongly advise against using a company that changes the rules to suit themselves.
