“Driver in Destin Fl. was not at airport holding sign as contracted. When I tried to text him I got no reply. When I called him I got a person that could only say yea yea yea, could not tell me where he was, or answer any questions. I had to find other transportation. Gettransfers.com has been investigating for a week and still no refund. I should never have paid in advance.”

“Driver left us stranded at the airport. I phoned him and he said that he did not have a booking at that time, and I should get a taxi. I emailed Gettransfer several times. A month later they apologised and said a refund had been issued but no payment was received and they don't reply to emails. AVOID!!!”
