DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. I paid for a round trip transportation from the airport to downtown Chicago. On the day I was to be picked up at the airport the driver was over an hour late. I decided to take a cab because I didn't know if he was going to show up. The next day I confirmed with the same driver that he was going to pick us up and take us to the airport and he said he would pick us up. A couple hours before the scheduled pick up time he texted and said he couldn't pick us up and we needed to find another driver. At this point not trusting GetTransfer and not wanting to miss my plane I used an Uber to get to the airport. When I asked GetTransfer for a refund they told me they dont do refunds and that I had to get the money back from the driver. Of course the driver who flaked out on us will not return my texts or calls so I am out $200. Below is GetTransfers response: I am sorry to inform you the driver cancelled the return ride #21505899.
