DO NOT USE IT. I cancelled my transport well in advance (many more days in advance that 48 h) and before the pandemic was declared. First email I sent they reply that reimbursement will be done between 7-30 days. As this period has passed now they say that I have to wait until the pandemic passes (who knows what their intention is). I think we should organise and see what type of actions we should start, this simply is not acceptable.
