Customer service is disgusting. I wish I read the many bad reviews before paying 500 euros. I booked and paid for a transfer, I had to cancel which was okay and told I would receive a refund I. 5-7 days. After several weeks I asked and was told I would not receive a refund.
Please don’t use this website.
