“Totally fake company i didn't get my money back they playing with people 1 month and 3 months games also all reception people not from uk request to people don't go with them who is giving good reviews thats people they hired . Totally scammer and fraud”

“AVOID IT. AVOID IT. AVOID IT. everything is wrong with this app and their useless customer service. I booked a transfer for the airport, I payed 50 bucks and got it confirmed. I called the hotline the evening before just to double check and guess what, when I woke up the transfer was cancelled with no notification at all. Not an email, not a notification, nothing. Almost missed my flight because of their service. And WORST OF ALL, I got a refund on my balance on their app, and it looks like I'm not able to transfer them to my bank account. I just got 50bucks stuck on their freakin useless app. This service is totally a scam. BEWARE AND NEVER TRUST THEM.”

“They were terrible. I used in Panama City Panama. After calling the local office and also speaking to the driver direct they did not show up. The driver told me that the security guard into the terminal would not let him in. We were forced to call Uber who showed up just in time for us to make our flight. After the fact I have been trying to get my money back but they are liars. They believe these vendors who are lying about the situation and resume to give me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BOOKING NUMBER 13606461”

“🚨🚨🚨This company is not RELIABLE. I reserved a round trip for January 2 -7 2023 between JFK and a hotel in Times Square. It cost me $334.02. The first trip went without a problem. For the 2nd trip, the night before I confirmed it, because it was going to be at 1am and I wanted to be relax. At the time indicated the driver didn't showed up. I contact GetTransfer through Telegram and he/she tried to contact the driver but didn't have response. He / She wrote "Please apply to our email address: info@gettransfer.com describing your negative experience, our e-mail specialists will provide you with further instructions regarding the payment you did. In this situation, we can offer you to start searching for local transport. We do sorry for the inconvenience you have to face." At 1:30am I had to contact UBER and in 3 mins I had a vehicle to takes us to JFK. I wrote GetTransfer for the refund of $167.01 of that 2nd trip and they don't want to refund my money. They want to keep it in the account I have with them for a future trip, but I don't want to travel again with them. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!! They now says that their User's Agreement establishes that the balance will be returned to their account. Also there are messages from drivers who allege they are not paid for their services. 🚨🚨🚨”

“I booked a transfer service from gettransfer.com paid the sum of € 261 return. On the day of arrival at the airport we immediately called the transfer as indicated on the voucher. the plane arrived on time and we called the driver 30 minutes after landing. No one answered. So we called the Gettransfer customer service, but no one answered. We sent a WhatsApp message to Gettransfer helpdesk and after 10 minutes they said they would get in touch with the driver. after another 5 minutes they send me the driver's phone number. We call the driver and he doesn't answer. We text the driver and he tells us it's late and we missed the appointment. We explained to him that we were at the airport 30 minutes early and that he or his company did not answer the phone. The driver hung up the phone and never spoke to us again. We called Get transfer asking about it and they said they would look into it. at this point we had to pay for a new transfer from the airport to our destination for € 160. on returning home we asked gettransfer for a refund. after 1 month they still tell us that they are investigating. We explained that there is nothing to investigate. We have screen shots of the messages sent to the id bus company and a get trransfer and it is clear that both the bus company and get trransfer did not answer the phone and that the passengers were at the airport on time. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR REFUND. I don't understand how a company as big as get transfer makes use of the collaboration of NON-PROFESSIONAL transport companies. Gettransfer itself proves to be unprofessional and so far both she and the bus company have taken my money and will not give it back to me.”

“I worked for this company from end of Jan 23 to middle of Feb 23, the terms of payment was 30 days. They have now changed this to 120 days. This suggests they do not have the funds to pay their creditors. Their review rating is also very low. I would personally be very wary of using this company. All appears fine if the driver (like myself) arrives the problems start when you require a refund. They owe me £1150 and worked hard to earn this money , looking at the reviews this money will not be received anytime soon. Please , please beware.”

“Beware! Left me at airport with 5 month baby - called customer support who said I had no booking. Had to find a taxi and then driver contacted me after I arrived at location (not his fault as they did not give me his details). I then cancelled my flight 2 weeks later, within 48 hour window, and they refused to refund my money; saying it could only be used as credits on their ride”

“This company is effectively a Ponzi scheme. They are failing people repeatedly and keeping their money based on their dubious terms and conditions. They are not paying drivers and are cancelling transfers at short notice that were almost certainly never legitimate. Have a read through the reviews on this site. It appears to me that the owners of Gettransfer are in the final throes of bankruptcy and are stealing as much money as they can before disappearing into the sunset on their illegally attained yacht. Every positive review for this company is almost certainly fake and the only honest reviews are from people like myself who have been badly let down and are substantially out of pocket. Their customer service is non-existent, they never answer emails properly (you will just get a stock answer) and once they have spoken to you once on the phone they will block your number and never answer you again. If anybody has any legal expertise they need to investigate this company immediately. They are a fraudulent organisation and I cannot implore you strongly enough to never use them.”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I had a horrendous experience, was left stranded at the Miami airport, and tried to get in contact with the company through several of their “service support channels” to find no one to provide me with answers to why my driver never showed up nor he answered me in the chat in the app. DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Suggestion to the company: When you do not fulfill your end of the bargain give the customer their money back, it is only right and ethical. Your reputation as the scammer is growing rapidly.”

I am a driver and when I start to work they pay me two times smal amount, then I trust them and I work a lot 1 mounth (december), I drive for 2000 eur, and they didnt pay me, they have time to 10.01.2023 for pay, I ask where is my money and they said wait to end of March.”

“FRAUDSTERS - extremely poor service - they cancelled my transfer with less than 18 hours notice by email - I only saw it by chance - and then they wanted an extra $50 to rebook with a different car. I refused - and they refused to give me my money back - dreadful company - terms and conditions are ridiculous and do not make English sense. AVOID AVOID AVOID - unreliable and FRAUDSTERS”

“Dont use them, they are a scam, they have huge unsettle bills with their partners (my case is a Spain company), so the Spain driver e-mail/whatsapp me that Gettransfer didnt settle payment to the Spain company, so they have to cancelled my order (fully paid Gettransfer on booking), so I contact Gettransfer for a refund as they cancelled my booking and Gettransfer refuse for my refund? Already reported to my bank & not sure if I can get my refund back.”

“Avoid at all cost. Ordered transfer From airport to hotel in Antalya. Was waiting for the driver for 40 min, had to contact driver few times while were waiting , he replied only once saying that he stick and will be 10 min late, then he stopped replying, , had to take other taxi after waiting 40 min after booked time , asked for refund , after sending 4 emails and 30 days of waiting , quality department informed that the driver provided evidence that he was there , refund rejected. Looks like SCAM company. Never again.”

“as i driver the trips i made was not paid since three years till now , if i knew i would not trusted, for now those whom you dont know, know now , for the customer as a driver if i dont get my money, how can i come to pickup you forget use another company. gettransfer please do not answer just pay and rightnow please gettransfer stop the missleading. Do not answer your scamp lei want to hear will post every day to warn all the people this compamy is not seriös is Mafia. “This company is illegally withholding funds of thousands of customers. DO NOT USE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Google this abomination of a company to see all the people who paid for transfers only for there to be none and for the company to illegally keep their money. DO NOT USE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I booked return transfers from the airport and when we arrived we spent ages looking with heavy bags to find out there was no transfer. We rang the driver who said no and then hung up on us. We were left stranded in the airport on Christmas eve. I am pregnant and my husband has a disability. We then had to find and pay for alternative transfers which was at a further cost to us. I have contacted the company 13 times requesting a refund of the money I paid. The company is refusing to do so which is illegal and in breach of the European Consumer Protection Code. I have lodged a formal complaint to the EEC and the relevant authorities in Cyprus. This company is violating customers rights and illegally withholding peoples money on a very large scale and needs to be stopped. Google and read the extent of what they are doing to so many people. Report them to the EPC and relevant authorities and police in Cyprus. They are a scam.”

“This company is not legitimate. They take your money when you book. They do not turn up and left us stranded. I called them and spoke to someone in Cyprus who told me to email. I e mailed and they told me to read terms and conditions. I did and informed them that they have broken the terms. I have not heard back. I have read now many similar reviews. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY It seems a brilliant concept, but it is just a scam. They are defrauding thousands of people like myself. Don’t be another statistic. I will be reporting them.”
