Never again!
In total their drivers didn't show up twice and what these people did is they returned the money but not to my card but to my Gettransfer account only thus making me order again. This time I had to book a transfer from Bratislava to Vienna on the 21th of July after ACDC concert (couldn't prebook elsewhere but Uber surprisingly appeared to be cheaper at a place). The driver first asked me if I could cancel my trip and pay him cash and then he told me he can't reach the concert and we agreed that I come by railroad to the main station having spent 25 euros extra. He was 1 hour late! As it turned out he brought other people from the concert and only then us making two times more money. Gettransfer of course took prepayment and when I wasn't sure the driver was coming to pick us up at all, Gettransfer weren't reachable. There's no way you can chat or call them. You can just leave a claim for them to consider. And you know what they answered me thereafter (in 1 day after the trip)? They asked to provide them the trip number. I haven't been using them for more than a year by then, couldn't they just find the trip no. by themselves?
This is a company which takes money, doesn't control their drivers at all and in case of problems you have to chase them after and most likely will not get the money back but just on Getransfer account (read their rules). Must be stupid to use them!
